i have never felt compelled to write a rude review in my life, but this experience released my inner ignatius j. reilly. reading through these other reviews i think someone genuinely may have had to bribe anyone to write a review for this place over a single star. where shall i start? well to begin with, when i got there there were two cars waiting for their orders at the window. “this will be a breeze,” thought i. “there’s no way this could take long.” and that, dear reader, is where i horribly jinxed this expedition. i then got to the speaker to place my order and about ten minutes passed without an utterance from the other end. i mean i literally looked up the hours to make sure they weren’t closed. then Finally someone basically grunted on the other end, something which i can only assume was meant to mean “just a minute.” then (not just a minute) later, i was affronted by a slightly more intelligible grunt, which this time could be vaguely interpreted as “one more minute.” i can only wonder what they were doing in those (many) minutes (definitely not making food). finally they took my order. or at least, judged me every time i added an item to the list. a list which was no greater than three items mind you. as a woman in this society, i would really appreciate not having extra judgement placed on my decision to feed myself properly. the voice on the other end somehow morphed into a yodel as it went, “your total will be......we will have your total at the windOWowowowoowowoowowowOWOWOooooo.” then i turned the corner and lo and behold, neither of the original two cars had budged. their persistence in their search for fast food is truly impressive– if either of you are reading this review, i commend your patience. luckily the line actually started moving at this point, so when i finally got to the window i sensed the end was in sight. not so. this teenaged nincompoop opened the window and just stared at me. for ten seconds. then affronted me with an irritated “what?” and i was genuinely rendered speechless; my brain could not comprehend the breakdown in communication which was resulting from this boy’s apparent inability to perform the basic functions of his job. he then condescended, “oh i bet you want your total.” so i naturally replied, “that would be nice.” but apparently the rather indirect nature of this phrasing was too much for this (stoned) kid, so i reiterated, “yes please.” he then proceeded to huff and grump as he told me my total, then i paid him and he vanished (with my credit card) into the depths of the wendy’s. i genuinely became concerned i had fallen prey to the most elaborately ineffective credit card theft in history. but no, the boy returned with a greasy bag–just a pack of abnormally dense idiots. he gave me my card and the bag (no receipt). and here reader, is where i must confess my greatest fault: i thanked the kid and wished him a nice day. through no benevolent volition, mind you, simply the rote imperative driven into me by years of customer service to be banally polite in instances which do not call for it. finally i was off. the food, to their (begrudging) credit, was solidly mediocre. the only reason i can see myself returning is if i suddenly feel the urge for masochism beyond the reasonable bounds of eating wendy’s to begin with, or if i require further substance for an enraged google review.
(i feel it barely needs to be mentioned, all the workers aside from the obtuse dingus who almost stole my credit card, were...

Food is solid. WHEN you can get it. Just had a squawkbox interaction with a person who is apparently incapable of looking up a mobile order or even responding beyond random noises.
I cancelled and left. Avoid this location.
————— Time for a 2023 revision...
Tried them again now that it's been a few years.
I don't know how much of the staff turned over, but the service has much, much, much improved.
Food quality is also very consistent now. The drive thru audio still stinks, and the speed isn't the fastest, but I'm usually out of there in about 5-10 minutes now rather than the literal 30 it used to be at lunch.
If they'd upgrade their mic and speaker, it would be near-seamless at this point.
I'm revising this.
Drive through is INSANELY SLOW. Dining room is closed due to COVID and they are worse than ever.
My wife just came home in tears because of how rude the workers were.
I'm done. Screw this location.
Original review:
Food is very good. Drive through is abysmal.
I'm at this location due to convenience at least once per week, and while the food is properly made and orders are usually right, the drive through is a 30 minute experience EVERY DANG TIME AT LUNCH. Not exaggerating in the time or the frequency of the problem. Either arrive early or late. Don't bother with rush unless you have a conference call to take in the car, which is what I often do.
The ordering system requires repeating yourself multiple times (for heaven's sake, get a new mic and speaker already) and it is slow, slow, slow.
If you want speed, go to the Eden...
Read moreIf this location doesn't want to serve customers WHY BE OPEN? Prior 2019 I was a customer at this location 100s of times. Now I will never go back because obvious this location no longer wants business. Last time here (10-9-2022) I attempt to order via drive thru. Employee tells me to wait as he'll be right with me. Didn't understand the delay because I was the only vehicle in the driving lane and being dining room closed I was the building's only customer. I waited and waited and employee never got back to me. Obvious the ploy to frustrate me so I would drive away without ordering. The ploy worked as I drove off in frustration. It's obvious this Wendy's location will soon shut down for good. Indicator my presence 4:50 p.m. this supposed to be a busy time for fast food so I wondered why I was the only customer there? Now I know why. Food and service are terrible. And why at this location has the dining been closed for nearly 2 years when the pandemic protocol has been over for a year? I drove off in frustration for 2 reasons. The burgers in recent orders haven't been fresh and realized if nobody wants to help me odds are the food again will be sub-par. Post 2019 the burgers been dry, stale, fries soggy or no flavor, and employees and Wendy's don't care. Prior 2019 this place wasn't perfect but satisfied more times than not. Last 2 years food is usually bad and service always like pulling teeth. No communication. You can't return the bad or wrong orders because...
