Ace's Lounge & Casino — Restaurant in Minot

Horrible experience. On 6-19-24 about 10 of us, several veterans and older individuals that have been going there since it was the blind duck, went for happy hour. Service was terrible as the server never came back to our table so we all were going to the bar to get drinks . Come to find out the server said she would not wait on us because she felt she was being mistreated . I don't know how that could be as she was never back to serve us. We just let it go and kept going up to the bar to get our own drinks . Since we were not getting waited on are glasses we're not being taken off of our table so they were accumulating. About 6:30 went up to get another round and the bar tender would not serve me. Said I was sitting in the back and the manager told him not to serve us anymore as we were being rude and disrespectful . Ok fine! Everyone left except me and my boyfriend . We sat at our table finishing our last drink with several glasses stacked together as the server was not serving us or clearing our table. Then the server comes back to our table and takes a picture of us and our table full of glasses and walks away. I then cleared the entire table my self and took all glasses up to the bar and threw the garbage away. We were leaving and my boyfriend made the comment to her that she won't serve us or clear our table but will take a picture of the table full of glasses. She immediately pulled out her phone to video tape it. He walked away and we left. I have never been to an establishment with such poor management and customer service . I highly recommend spending your hard earned money...

To start off, I visit here to drink and play blackjack probably every weekend/every other weekend… tonight I went to play blackjack and bingo. I sat at the table playing for 45 mins straight without getting up, I then leave to play bingo whenever they announced it, I came back to continue playing blackjack until they announced another bingo. When I came back I played a few hands and then went to the bar to get drinks for me and my wife. When I came back to play more the dealer told me I can’t play if I’m going to get up after winning a few, and went on to tell me once I got up the other player lost 1000 dollars because dealer got 5 20’s in a row … that sounds like a personal issue to me ? It’s not my responsibility to sit there all night for other players to win in a losing game … it’s blackjack, this isn’t poker. I’m assuming the player was complaining after I left claiming I messed up the deck and since he was losing 2k plus the dealer had no issue telling me to F off. What’s funny is I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands at this lounge… it’s assumed I’ll never be back . Dealer couldn’t even look me in the eyes while he told me this, probably because he knew I did nothing wrong but wanted the blunder to keep losing thousands for the business aspect of it. On another note, I wish I knew his name but the black bartender...

Well, yesterday (6-19-24) bunch of us Veterans and nonvets went there for happy hour to have some refreshments. We have NEVER been so disrespected, the young man (bar tender) and the young woman (waitress) were ABSOLUTELY disrespectful, rude, foul mouth employees I've ever seen in my 54 years of life. ABSOLUTELY refused to come to our table to serve us but, would go to every single table around us. Several of us had to go up to the bar to order refreshments and they would roll their eyes and PURPOSELY make us stand there for 10 - 15 minutes. Apparently the owners and management allows their staff to disrespect Veterans and elder people!!!!! I'm done with Aces and I will tell every person, Veteran to stay clear of Aces!!! Will be getting ahold of better business bureau and a few other key Contacts to inform them about the disgusting mistreatment this place allows to happen to Veterans and...
