Central Brew — Restaurant in Minot

Central Brew is easily Minot’s best coffee shop. Dana is so kind and the young ladies working there are great!! Oh, and the coffee is the best tasting in Minot. I’ve only had one other coffee that’s even comparable, and it was a private coffee bean roaster I met in AZ. You will never be disappointed. They even come up with their own flavors of drinks that other places don’t have. If you are supposed to pay for what you get, why waste money anywhere else. I even buy it for other people to help expose it to a bigger population since they are relatively new. And much of their food is homemade, soooo good. Don’t cheat yourself sitting in a long, franchised waiting line….go to...

Eh kinda got the feeling that the workers were slightly distracted; I can't tell if this was a one-time thing or if it may happen often, but the two baristas who were at the counter kept only chatting about college exams. From this distraction, it caused them to take longer with the drinks and to burn the coffee while not really correctly making the drinks. They gave the wrong size for the iced coffee and only gave regular mocas rather than peppermint, as there was no peppermint in either the hot not...
