The best furniture store in Minot! We were instantly greeted with a genuine smile and a welcoming greeting by Tracy Brevig. She asked us what weāre looking for and she explained to us the layout of the store and she joined us on our shopping adventure. She is very knowledgeable of the brands and answered all of our questions. She was not āpushyā like most salespeople which was a plus for us. We found what we were looking for and Tracy explained in detail our protection options but never pressured us into buying it. Again, a plus for us. She brought us to the counter to pay for the chairs and she gave us her card. We paid for our chairs and she walked us back to the front of the store and explained where to pick up our items. She smiled at us and said good bye and if there was any other furniture we were looking to purchase in the future to look for her. Awesome customer service the way it should be. No hovering and no pressure. Salespeople will more likely to sell a product if they learn not to pressure or hover. Just be your self! The store is very neat, clean, and well laid out. Next we head on over to the loading area. We met Mark and right of the bat, we hit it off! Very personable gentleman! He greeted us with a smile and we started talking about the nice weather and gardening. He instantly made you feel like family. He loaded up our chairs and offered to tie them down. We had our own ratchet straps and he helped us tie them down. We chatted a bit more then we shook hands and we departed. Wow! What a very positive shopping experience! So Minot and the surrounding communities, if you are looking for a furniture store who possess outstanding customer service, we encourage you to stop by I Keating Furniture. Their selection is massive and the prices are very reasonable, but most of all, their customer service is right on par! Thank you again I Keating for helping us get our chairs for our sun room! I walked in and was looking around for a sectional for my living room. Now on a quick side note I wanna commend the whole staff for not jumping on me as I was walking around(which had made me come here instead of the first furniture store I was at). I did however have a guy (Jeff) come up to me as I was walking around and asked if he could help me find anything. I told him what I was looking for and gave him some info and he pointed me in the right direction. Then I found a few I liked and was sitting on them and seeing how I liked them and was just checking them out. He did come back not too fast or anything and just checked on me. I did have a few questions and he knew the answers, was knowledgeable and knew his stuff. I did not find exactly what I was looking for but showed him kinda what I liked minus the color. He went the extra mile and looked online and found me exactly what I was looking for.(I appreciate him digging into what I wanted and finding exactly what I wanted due to me spending over $2,000 on a sectional) Long story short I bought a sectional and it will be here in about 10 days. Not and issue and worth a wait to be filled in with what you are buying and what they offer. He did offer me a protection plan and I didnāt get it yet but I think Iāll add it on when I pick it up. He didnāt push the plan just told me what it covered and gave me the option to think about it. Thanks Jeff for not being pushy and knowing your information and Iāll be seeing you in the future for some other things around the house.
Edit: Just bought a mattress from Jeff this week. Once again Jeff was great and updated me every step of the way! Shipping was alittle slow but canāt blame them for these interesting times!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give NO STARS, I would! If you want your furniture delivered in the delivery window they give you, shop elsewhere. I was given a 1-3 window and they called to tell me they were on their way after that time frame. That wasn't even the biggest problem though. From the beginning I should have canceled my order! I was very clear I needed furniture by a certain date, and that I'd rather order online and get it here on time if it was a problem. I was assured multiple times I would have my couches in 5-10 days, which was fine for what I needed them for. I spoke to many representatives beginning the first week after the order. The first one was honest, the second one wasn't, the third was argumentative, and by the fourth week I just wanted to cancel!
Now, If you like to pay for furniture a month before you get it even though they told you it would be 5 to 10 days ...then this is the place for you! If you want to be lied to over and over by the staff that answers the phone, then head on over to ikeating and waste your time and money. Its sad that customer service means nothing to these people, they could really use a lot of coaching from sales, to reps, to delivery drivers. Really, it seems they can all use some coaching in customer service. Such a shame! It wouldn't even be so bad if they had just been honest from...
