Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Minot

So this is my 2nd review for this place.

I am glad I came back and gave it a second chance. Especially working at Jerseys Mike in Morrisville NC.

The staff greeted me happily and welcomed me in. They had a big catering order, but that didn't stop them from taking my order.

It looked to be an all female staff which is badass to see! I instantly realize a new member was taking my order. If you work in Jersey Mike before, you know about the uniform/visor rule. Haha. The morning on-lead shift supervisor was forgiving, understanding and supportive of her new team member and had her back covered.

So I order my orginial Big Kahuna, #56. It reminded me of what I served to the Chapel Hill and Duke students when they visited after a home NCAA game. It was stacked, loaded and deliciously big. Perfect heat, peppers mushrooms and the jalapeños were the best mix. The Rosemary bread was defontely proofed the night before, it was super soft but firm. I did forget to ask for Mike's Way...but that didn't stop a smile on my face. I just get it next time.

It reminded me of home and what I would serve to others. "They came to eat, so let them eat! Dont skimp on it!" As my old boss would say.

I decided to dine in this time as well instead of to-go. The beach like sandy and wooden atmosphere attracted me. I say this second time was a super success.

They also accept AMEX, do Military Discount, and now have a new program which didn't exist before but it called "My Mike's" get points for eating a free sub after 12 purchases it seems.

First time ever trying Jersey Mike's. I ordered a #3 online for pickup (1 SUB Sandwich). After arriving to the pickup window just a few minutes prior to the states pickup time, I was told my order was not ready yet but it would be ready shortly (which is completely understandable, as i stated, i was slightly early). Well the time stated for pickup came and went and after sitting at the pickup window for close to 10 minutes, cars started to line up behind me and the staff member again let me know my order was just about ready so I continued to wait. As the time crept closer to 15 minutes AFTER my stated pickup time, fellow patrons were now becoming irritated.. at me?? So finally, i asked for my order to be canceled since I was the one being glared at and was even called a "dick", all because I was waiting for my 1 Sub.. that I was repeatedly told would be ready shortly. I did end up getting my sandwich which was good but because of the negative experience I dont have a desire to return for a...

This was my first time at any Jersey Mike's. I wish I would of ordered more. I am a food junkie and I love a good sub sandwich. This place was UH-MAZING. The bread was so fresh and tasty. The fresh sliced meat was a great thing too. Most places don't do that. It really makes a difference. The onions were thin sliced and not overpowering. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Oil and vinegar added a great touch to the sub. The employees were friendly and professional. The place was super clean. I could argue this is the best sub sandwich place you can get. Firehouse used to be my favorite. But now Jersey Mike's has taken the #1 spot for me. I am super bummed that the closest store to me is two hours away, but anytime I see a Jersey Mike's you can bet I am going in!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
