Ashley Store — Local services in Minot

My most recent purchase is yet another reminder of why I keep coming back to this store whenever I need anything furniture related no matter how small...First off if you are shopping in the Minot, ND store ask for Jennifer, she has been an absolute blessing to deal with. I could speak volumes about her customer service, but this review is supposed to be about the store as a whole and not just 1 employee. That being said...it's always a great experience when you walk into a store and right off the rip you are impressed by the cleanliness and presentation! Follow that up with getting greeted by staff members who are truly customer driven and actually listen to you when you are describing what you are looking for in a product and your price range for it. I've found that if they do not quite have what you are looking for at the store they have always been able to find it in their online store and since I'm a huge promoter of shopping locally I'm perfectly happy with ordering it instore and setting up either a pick up or delivery. I've never had issues with the quality of the products that I've purchased and their warranty and customer satisfaction programs are outstanding. If you are still reading this God bless you, but get off the couch, take a look at what they have instore, and enjoy the no pressured shopping as you peruse through their competitively...

My mom was not doing well, so I flew to Bismarck and drove to Minot to move her into an assisted living center. She needed a recliner that would lift her up because she can't get out of a chair like that. I bought it at Ashley. The salesman and woman who did the paperwork were very nice. They delivered it on time the next day right to Edgewood Vista. The cost for bringing it into the room, putting the back on and setting it up was $150. My stress level was high, I was exhausted, my back was killing me, but with all the expenses of moving her, I had to decline and just paid the $25 for delivery to the building. The guys came in and asked me where I wanted it. I said I didn't pay for the setup. They said "that's OK, we'll do it anyway." They could see how exhausted I was. The chair is pretty heavy, and then they had trouble getting the chair back to snap in place. There is no way I could have done it. I can't thank them enough, they really saved me that day. If my mom needs any more furniture, I'm definitely buying it...

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Ashley Furniture store in Minot! The staff here are incredibly attentive and kind. Especially their manager, Sarah, who went above and beyond (to say the least) to ensure that I received my mattress that had been shipped to the store.

Additionally, she stayed in constant communication with me regarding another order that had been mixed up due to a miscommunication with a different location. Sarah spent much of her day working to resolve that issue as well, showing a level of dedication that is rare to find. Not only this, but the level of kindness and patience she showed me while I spoke to her on the phone throughout the day was so much appreciated.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Sarah and her team consistently go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I highly recommend the Minot Ashley Furniture location for all your home...
