This is such a nice business. They always have good service. It switches from a frozen treat place to a hot chocolate and coffee place during the winter. I was sad to discover that their hot chocolate is underwhelming. It is watery and not milky like good hot chocolate should be. It is dairy free, so I guess that makes sense, but it tastes a bit like they mixed a little bit of chocolate syrup into hot water. This place was nothing short of amazing. The two ladies that were working were very friendly and personable. The snowball I received was flavorful.
