02/19 This isn’t my first visit to this location, but without a doubt - my last. It’s difficult for me to express in words what a degrading experience we had. The icing on the cake is we paid with hard earned money for it. I get it. I worked in hospitality and understand that there is a high turn over with servers. Overworked and underpaid. My waitress communicated several times she had to drag herself into work after she partied hard the night before. I visited your location with my mother and children to enjoy lunch, not hear how your employee traveled to downtown Miami and was still blitzed when she walked into work today. Fifteen minutes after ordering, we received our drinks. My oldest daughter ordered pink lemonade which she described tasted like “sewer water” I reached over and took a sip of her drink. Confirmed. Def sewer water. Our waitress makes her way over and agrees to swap it out for another drink. We chose sprite. Easy enough. The coke drinkers at the table were satisfied with their choice, so, sprite also being a carbonated beverage should be fine? We were wrong. We received the sprite and it tasted worse than the pink lemonade. We call the waitress back over and I, the customer, apologize while telling her it must be the water in the machine. “I don’t mean to be pain” and “is it possible just to get another coke?”She begrudgingly agreed, apologized for our experience and tells us her manager will visit our table. The manager makes his way over and introduces himself so quickly, I didn’t even catch his name. He then makes an aggressive gesture with his arm signaling the rest of the restaurant and says “No one else here has complained but YOU” You would think people would be so engrossed in their meals they wouldn’t notice the managers tone towards us. Nope. Not the case. I don’t think I’ve ever been as mortified. Um? What can be said to that? “Yeah, you’re right Mr. Manager - I just wanted you to come over here and accuse us of lying because we wanted you to bring your winning personality to our table?” At this point, I want to leave, but we’re now hungry and let’s face it - fajitas smell good. Hunger wins. We stay. I’m pretty sure to spite us, our food took an extradionary long time to arrive to our table and the desire to eat the meal wasn’t the same as we when we first arrived. We eat our food and after several attempts, we flag our waitress down for the check. Five minutes later she’s back and drops the bill. I review it and we’re charged $1 for guac when we were told it was .25 cents. $1.99 for table top games - wait? We didn’t even have a tablet? And $2.99 for an extra side when we were told it was $1 for an additional side “a la carte” when you order a meal. It’s not the $4.25. I would have gladly paid it if it was something we owed - it’s the humiliation. The waitress asked us if we were sure we didn’t use the game and pointed to the top of the wooden partition where a tablet was sitting and then followed with “I believe you” If the tablet was in working condition, why did you bring us our bill instead of asking us to pay it on there? It gets better. Keep reading. The guy who had delivered our food comes back over and introduces himself as the manager. Yes, another one. His name is Keijon. He is personable and all smiles. He tells us he’s going to adjust our check. ($5 off) and will be right back. My daughter is automatically drawn to Keijon and says she wants to be friends with him. Kids are funny. Keijon walks back over and my mom makes a joke that her granddaughter wants to take Keijon home with us. Keijon who is darker complexion says “wrong century” Speechless. This is where I draw the line. Today has been the worst experience I’ve had at ANY establishment.

Had l remembered this was the location with the maggots l would not have gone back. I gave an overall of 2 stars. For food 3 stars and service 4 stars. Based on the 6 badly burned sliders and the fact that there was no offer to fix the problem prior to making this review and the amount of my bill.
So l had not gone to Chili's intentionally for a while.because of errors on orders and the management's don't care attitude previously. However after 2 years l decided to make another attempt. Before placing my order, spoke to Miss Erica the manager and she was very gracious and let me know to ask for the manager who would be in at 5 30 which was the time of my pick up. I spoke to him and he was also very nice. My order was a little over $100 and everything was ok; not excellent but what is expected of a restaurant - say ribs cooked and held then recooked/rewarmed with sauce at a later time. The worst items were the 6 sliders. They were as burnt as being black. One thing l appreciated was that the manager did call to check to see how the order was. That was a nice and appreciated gesture. However he did not inquire or suggest a replacemwnt for the 6 sliders (2 a part of the trio and then an additional order). Please fix the sliders as in either how long or how they are heated/made or how they are cooked. I took pictures but can't upload them for some reason. I will come back and add them as maybe there is a glitch with the system tonight.
Thanks Miss Erica and Mr. Noe. You owe me a replacement on...
Read moreI visited the below listed Chili’s on today’s date and after 20 minutes of waiting, the waitress finally took my kids and I order. Another ten minutes go by and still no drinks, the waitress than comes and brings my kids drinks and not mine. After an additional ten minutes go by, I request to speak to a manager. During the period of waiting on the manager, the waitress brings the food with burnt fries for my kids. The manager approaches and I explain to her what happened and how my appetizer came out with my entree and her only reply was, “do you want me to take your entree back” I told her no and she than stated, “we are packed tonight” with no sympathy. I told her that my reason for continuing to stay after the initial 20 minutes was because my kids were already hungry and that she would not want to wait for 20 minutes with kids. Christina (this manager) than stated “I have three kids and I am not here to argue with you” and walked away! This lady and her attitude is very horrendous and I can not phantom her bring a manager of a restaurant let alone her customer service skills. I was beyond embarrassed that me, a paying customer should have to surrender to this type of treatment.I eventually left with hungry kids and a horrible experience at this Chili’s. Christina the night shift manager was horrible and should really not be in any customer service position, especially...
