Dunkin' — Restaurant in Miramar

This location has the worst group of employees. The place is dirty. They allow homeless people to sit inside with blankets over top of them while good paying customer don’t feel comfortable sitting down to enjoy their food and drink that they paid for. The smell that was coming from the homeless person was very offensive. When I addressed the situation with the young employee, she told me that I was being rude. On Christmas Day 2023 I made an order online ant 8:30am, paid for it. When I walked over to pick up my order the location was closed. On the website it said Christmas Day hour are 7am. As usual this location is poorly ran and never has the items you want if you visit after 10 am. They seem to never have product for customers. The sad part about this is, Miramar Town City is building new state of the art apartments which will house over 500 plus new people with new businesses. The only competition is the cafe shop right across from them. This location is always dirty, meaning the fliers, the counter and the service station is always dirty and never has the supplies you need to top off your beverage. This place is disgusting and poorly owned and managed. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I visited this location several times. I usually do not write a review unless I have been to a location enough time to truly gage the environment and the people within the environment. When I went in the afternoon there was a young man there. He is of black genetics he is attentive and moves very swift when it comes to orders and taking care of the customers. The atmosphere itself is very dark and a little outdated and dirty. There selection of donuts are limited during the week and larger during the weekend. When I went in on the weekend during the pre afternoon hours there were only two people who were working. They were the only staff within the building which I know it is weird for weekend business especially in a coffee shop. The young lady was very busy making drinks and the young man seemed very disinterested in being there. There was another lady waiting to place her order previously before I decided to order. The line was growing behind me as I waited in line to make my purchase. She snapped at me when I asked if someone was available to take my order. She let me know that they were behind on previous mobile orders and that I would have to wait. After several minutes she finally took my order. It was an experience to say the least. I live in the apartments right across the street and Everytime I go around7:30 the doors are already closed and this location closes at 8 pm .. tonight I went again and a young kid was inside cleaning & walked right by the door and didn't even acknowledge us.. on top of that this is the worst serving donkin donuts I've ever been to.. your drink will never be served the way it should. Your employees need to be retrained if not this store will Be closing soon. I completely understand wanting to go home on time but at least be friendly and communicate with the customer that you will be closing shortly.
