I'm a huge fan of smash burgers and love making them myself. My buddy at work claimed this place was amazing. To start off the food itself was pretty good though the smash burger was very chewy. Almost all of there burgers have a cream cheese or bacon jam on it and it really helps with the texture of the burger. I had the basic smash which had a very small dollop of burger sauce. I really wish it had more because the 3 bites of the burger that had it were really good. My wife had the redhawk which had cream cheese and bacon jam and it really helped with the overall taste. Fries are good but not great. It was 40 dollars for 2 burgers with a beer each
The service is really weird in this place. It is almost a combo of a fast food joint and a sit down restaurant. You order your food receive a buzzer and then you sit down until it's ready . The problem is with it so busy and how the tables are arranged it feels like whack a mole trying to get a table. More than once people came in and left because there was no seating. I think if they had a hostess to seat people it would be a lot smoother. Also there are waiters slash busboys going around which was weird, they would clean tables and check on people but they never once came over to us. Didn't really understand it to be honest. Finally the wait time to get 2 burgers and fries was 30 minutes which was a bit long for my taste.
The atmosphere is very vegas like with tons of neon lights and very modern tables and pictures and catchy tunes. Music can be a bit loud at times though. Overall a decent experience with a bit of a chaotic feel to just order and get a table. I Will try again when it's not the new hotness in town but if I had the the same experience again I would rather just make the burgers at home...
Read moreFirst and foremost- food was AMAZING! From the fries to the burgers everything was so good! I got the peanut butter burger with jalapeños and it was fantastic. Sweet potato fries come with marshmallow dip- to die for! Parmesan fries were also so so good!
Service - was mediocre.. this was our first time here so we didn’t really know what to do. We weren’t greeted by anyone upon entering, we walked up to a waiter and asked if we could sit or needed to be seated. He told us to go ahead and have a seat so we did. Then a waitress came over and took our orders for drinks- but we didn’t realize this was for the brewery and not Biebs & Ash. Just super weird that this wasn’t explained to us or why weren’t we directed to Biebs if we were ordering food (we had multiple kids with us as well, so we clearly didn’t come to drink). So we ended up with two separate tabs because of this, which was fine, just weird, BUT then we had to tip twice at both places.. yet we only had one waitress..
when we walked up to order food at the Biebs counter, there was only one couple ordering and they had already paid and were asking a question. We were about 5 feet behind them looking at the menu and the girl taking orders was a little snippy and told us we needed to go down the hallway to wait in line to order.. yet there was no one waiting in front of us and you can’t really see the menu from the hallway.. just very weird customer service overall Food was great, we’d def go again but I would know what to expect now. $130 for 3 kids meals, 2 burgers, and dessert you’d think the staff would be a...
Read moreLoved the local and feel of the atmosphere, music, games and lots of people watching. We were greeted promptly & placed on the list to get the first available table. Meanwhile we were able to get in line to order to save time. Loved the menu was available via QR code so we could decide while we stood in line. Food came out pretty quickly & a server stopped by to see if we wanted any drinks from the bar. He also brought us to go boxes when we were finished. Burgers came out hot and fresh. Loved the crisp edges. Flavor was there on each of them and size was more than enough. Melt had a good balance of meat and cheese. Parm on the fries was fresh and tasted aged to perfection. Should have mixed it all together before eating to get an even coat on the full order. But enjoyed the presentation. Broccoli salad was good. I personally like a mine a little more on the sweat side but I would order it again as it was good overall. Butterfinger cinnis were a disappointment, I’m not sure if they were undercooked intentionally but they weren’t warm, the dough was dense and dry and the flavors just did not mesh. I think it was dark chocolate used for the drizzle and the bitterness of that with the dense dry dough was too much. Our group of four all took 1 bite each and brought them home to try and bake a bit longer and retry. Over all food was good, service was top notch and atmosphere was on point. We would recommend trying them out and we’ll be...
