Fazoli's — Restaurant in Mishawaka

As a previous employee. I would not recommend working here. GM pretends he doesn't know what's going on while an associate manager terrorized everyone. She personally doesnt like me because i never felt the need to be overly friendly, or divulge my business to her. And since i didnt she says "i think im all that" and since Im not easy to bully, situations were created for me, or other managers to deal with. Associate manager lies often, and she is such good friends with the GM that when other managers and associates complain...it just gets ignored. Please don't send your minors here. She will cause issues for them, especially if they make the mistake of telling her any of their business. Jessica and Casey are great along with a few other employees...but overall It's a highly toxic work environment. It wasn't worth me leaving my other job, turning down better job options to gain "management" experience...or trying to help out by staying employed there longer than I originally intended. It was a hellish year, that caused issues for multiple people, especially me. I've even witnessed someone (lbgtq+) not being hired because they were "dramatic" and wanted to be called by their preferred name. After dealing with all the bulls** and the toxic work environment, I was let go for issues caused by another manager and a work friend of hers.

I rarely leave negative reviews but this experience was terrible. When we walked in to order there was no one ahead of us and we had to wait over 5 minutes to even order, because they were so understaffed. One person was bagging up a huge to go order, taking register orders and then later trying to deliver the food to tables. I felt terrible for her. Meanwhile, I saw 2 younger employees take their dinner break and food out to eat leaving even more of a staffing issue. Had 2 small children with me and ordered dipping sauce for breadsticks with our meal. Once we finally got our food about 20+ minutes later we were told they would bring breadsticks right out. Another 20 later still no breadsticks , meaning over all it was a 45 min wait at Fazoli’s! We never even got breadsticks. They were out of clean silverware ... just a big disaster. Management or owners should be ashamed of themselves. Rhonda (working counter, tables, and bagging order) was working her butt off while all the younger employees did nothing and people were leaving because they were frustrated. If you can’t service the people in your establishment, don’t offer door-dash type services that clearly just cause...

Each chain location differs in service and quantity I believe. The chain seems to be not doing to well recently. We ordered two pepperoni pizza slices and they were more like kid slices than a regular. The cheese pizza slices were alot bigger. The breadsticks are limitless and quite good. Could become a little salty if you each too many but they do not have the cheese filling... So you can savor them for a longer time without getting the feeling like ur exploding. The pasta with marinara was kinda sad. Even an amateur could make the same thing at home, it was literally boiled penne and two spoonfuls of marinara on top. It wasn't even mixed all the way let alone where r some veggies? Anyhow, if u need a quick bite and are tired of entered McDonald's or burger king, you can give this place a shot. They have decent options, I haven't experimented much with their menu till now, so can't say much...The restaurants are generally clean. I haven't stepped into their restroom as yet, so can't comment. They have plenty of parking...
