This day Bridgette was our server. I’m Clara. I got a chimichanga pork and had each bite with ranch. And was with my mom and her we got this at lunch. name is: Kristie. My mom got a wet burrito. Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ————————— We went again another time it was more resent and my mom got Mr.PIB and my sister got a sprite both with ice🧊🧊🧊 and i got a water with OUT ice because I had a bit of a headache already so I didn’t want to add to the problem. For food: We all got the sampler So that means: My mom got the taco salad something. My sister got the same as me BUT she doesn’t care for the white sauce like I do she didn’t lay a finger on it once and when I realized that she didn’t want it i asked if I could have it and she said,”sure” I could hold back my excitement anyway she likes hers with sour cream on it and there sour cream is MOSTLY cream less sour… But i got my usual which is: a Chimichanga with the White sauce. Dessert was: First the ?cinnamon sticks? With caramel syrup ish sauce and chocolate syrup ish sauce Then it didn’t take long to see the beautiful 😍 mud slide. We ate it all except a tiny piece of ice cream 🍨 because mom and I were way too full. Every time I hear the word “mudslide” i wonder were they got thee idea for that name because the delicious dessert looks NOTHING like mud. am i right? Fun fact: I’m not lying 🤥and NOT joking 🤡. people we don’t know about… drink muddy water!!! Because nobody knows about them and no one cares!!! People it’s time for change!!! If you DO care do something about it ask lots of questions about this problem and see if you can make a difference. Some of us people can’t afford to pay them for too long so PLEASE 🙏 help them if you know someone who makes a lot of money 💵💰 fast that’s just laying around. 🥺🥺🥺 If people don’t care about the kids i was a kid and had a terrible childhood and I was one of those bad kids adults don’t like. But back then in maybe 2019 i was so little that i shouldn’t remember it but I do it was just my family that ever came over and friends and our neighbors which there mom seemed like the kind of adult that had a hard time with kids but she was in aww of me every one that was a stranger or close to what a stranger would be saw only good things when they looked at me because some how ever since I was little I had a super power that most people wouldn’t be able to do… I could make all the negative thoughts fly away as if they were Never there i guess it might’ve been because they were so positive it made me forget my troubles and I felt like i was in what people think HEVEN is supposed to be like but more of the happy part not so much as the perfect person kinda stuff And I wanted it to last forever ♾️ but like all good things it all died in the past. Most folks seem to rave about the wet burritos, but I’m not a fan of all that liquid drenching such a gem. Thankfully, they still have the "original" burrito combo, which lets you opt for a non-wet burrito if that’s your preference.

They’ve brought back the Mexican pizza! Well, sort of. Having worked as a cook at this Hacienda around 30 years ago, I can tell you they don’t quite make it the way they used to. Now it’s a bit too crispy for my taste. (Pro tip: it’s supposed to have two burrito flours on the bottom, not one, with an added thin layer of sauce in between to keep the top flour from burning to a crisp like the bottom does. This gives a better texture—crunchy underneath but with a softer, bread-like layer between it and the toppings.) Sadly, it’s now sold and priced as a full meal instead of the appetizer it once was. Back when I was a broke employee, it was the best bang for your buck—often the only thing I could afford when my wallet was empty, which was most of the time.

Food with a flash, they have really good Fajita's, Chicken, Steak, or a Combo! I say flash as they throw it on a really hot cast iron skillet/plate, with some oils and a lighter, to make it sizzle and smoke as they bring it to you and give the impression it was grilled. I cant say for sure these days, but when I worked there, no it was not grilled, it ran through the conveyor belt oven just like everything else. So more of a reverse sear.

Now, let’s talk about the real star of the show: the margaritas! This franchise is known for them, and there’s no question their frozen, icy creations are top-notch. If you’re after a frosty, ice-cold margarita, they’ve got the machines and know-how to deliver. I won’t spill any old employee stories about those days, though… let’s just say it was a different time.

Got to Hacienda around 8 o’clock greeter was too busy to even acknowledge us and say hi three minutes later asked us how many said there was a wait in the regular seating and no one was even in waiting room .my wife has a broken ankle on crutches we decided we didn’t want to wait went to the bar sat down in the area that was supposedly illegal wasn’t meant for just big parties but there was like 20 tables empty went to the lower level of the bar after the bartender said kicked us out saying that we are not allowed to sit there went to the lower level three tables were full three or four tables was left and they were all dirty waitress was too busy to acknowledge us see we were waiting for a clean table she could of said one second I will clean the table off bartender didn’t even want to have pity on my wife with a broken ankle so we decided to go back to the dining area which there was no greeter after seven or eight minutes of standing no one knew what to do with us or if there’s any tables open finally we got seated after we said that we were ready to walk out the waiter was very good customer service the special order burrito was excellent the garlic mushrooms were lousy tasted like steam mushrooms told him to take it back we don’t want them . Wow what a night of extremely poor customer service oh one other thing the manager went by ass looked at my wife knowing that no one was taking care of us didn’t even stop to say is anyone taking care of us I guess that reflects on the whole Hacienda when the manager...
