I have been coming to this place since it opened and have always got a steak dinner and have always had the onions substituted with mushrooms with no questions asked. Today I go through there and the young man informed me that I cannot replace onions for mushrooms. I asked if that was new he said no it's always been that way. As I tried to explain to him why I was confused because it has never once been that way in all the years I've been coming there, one of the owners is out back and in a very loud voice starts arguing with me while I'm in the Drive-Thru about their mushroom policy. It's mushrooms dude, your food is already overpriced. That was incredibly embarrassing for me to be part of while there were other customers in line behind me. You do not speak to your customers in that way. I understand that he was the owner and wanted to argue with me about his policies, but as a customer of theirs for many years, I have had a completely different experience each and every time I have been there. Also, you never reprimand your customers in public like that! I am a local business owner and if I need to give the customer what they ask for and reprimand my employees for doing something they should not have been doing all along later in private, then that is what you do as a professional business owner. I can't imagine speaking to one of my customers in that way in front of other people. It is also so overpriced that it will be my last time coming there. I ate there pretty frequently and since the pandemic all the staff is "wearing" a mask while they serve you but every time with their nose and or mouth uncovered. That makes me incredibly uncomfortable and had considered not coming there anymore the last time I was there. Too bad I've been going there since they started at the 4-H Fair . A long time...
Read moreI came here for dinner expecting to get bbq food but perhaps this was my first mistake. I've heard great things about Neddermans and they're usually busy when I drive by. I went through their drive thru and was disappointed with the lack of choice and variety with the menu but ordered the steak tip meal anyway to try them out. It was a little over $10 without a drink. It came with mashed potatoes and green beans. The green beans were greasy and the mashed potatoes had thick strips of onion in what must have been the gravy. The meat was soft and pink and looked and tasted bland. It wasn't bad by any means, but there was nothing special about it that made me think their food sets them apart or tastes what I paid for it. Based on my experience, I won't be trying them again and I wouldn't recommend them but maybe I had an unusual experience. I always encourage others to try for themselves and try at least once; this just isn't one of the places I'll bring up when someone asks for...

I pulled up the facebook post to show her she looks slams the window comes back takes my card for the food I was purchasing and slams the window hands me my stuff and that's it! Not a sorry it was a mistake as if I was lying and can edit your facebook page. The food itself was good but the service was less than poor. And no food is good enough to put...
