Milk & Cookies — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

My brother had brought me some cookies from here a month ago & they were so yummy & deliciously soft! I was in the area & decided to get some for my husband & kids to try. Super cute ambiance & nice workers. Surprisingly almost all of the cookies except for maybe 4 of them were tough & hard (I bought a dozen). Needless to say I hyped up these cookies for my family just for them to be disappointed. Sad thing is too is that we live in SD & can’t even exchange them for softer ones because we don’t live nearby. Spent $30 for cookies we didn’t even want to finish. So sad. My review is for the Mission Viejo location.

So the owner reached out & asked me to email him. I did so about 5 days ago & no response. I think they want to show that they’re trying to be proactive but don’t actually do anything to make sure customers are happy. I have to say I’ve tried a million dessert shops and this by far is my favorite. First off, ambience… The staff is some of the nicest people you will ever meet. It’s obviously they love their job which is very nice to see these days.

Now for quality!!!!! B E S T cookies, ice cream and milk on the market. Crumble and Insomnia can’t compare. I love the white chocolate cran cookie which might not be everyone’s go to but is definitely mine. I hate white chocolate but they do it right! The cranberries aren’t dry and have a ton a flavor, definitely something special.

I’m down here for a conference and I was looking for some dessert for the night. This place popped up and was close to my hotel. I wish I could tell you how excited I am it was this close. I was able to walk there and grab some great dessert. The staff who was working was very friendly and very quick and what they did.
