The employees working the closing shift on 6/13 were fantastic! I am in town for work and unfortunately terrorized the employees for my dinner at 9:15 or so last night. I was kinda having a bad day so having such great end to it was really nice. The worktruck is too big to use the drive through so I had to eat inside. They were so busy, the drive through was backed up 4 or 5 cars I think. When I went in I was still greeted by two of them, the mamager and drive through gentleman (I didn't get names, I'm sorry). I ordered a Ruben with turkey, I know they discontinued it but thats what I always order :). The second manager, that was cooking, said the turkey wasnt the right kind for the rubens but he'd make it for me. I thought I ordered a meal but I only got a sandwich so I ordered the rest and he was so patient, kind, and understanding about it even though he was so busy. They made sure I knew that part of the restaurant was mopped and I should be super careful not to slip, I asked where the best spot was and sat there. While I was there eating in the dining room several door dashers or whatever come in and the drive through line never slowed down. They were all so polite, helpful, and respectful to everyone that came in. They were slammed for about a half hour I think with the cars and/or online orders. The were really efficient, they got everything taken care of so fast! I waited until they were calmed down, cleared my dinner tray and bought a cookie to make sure I could tip. The managers gave the drive through guy his tip and accepted their tips for the rest of the staff in the tip sharing program. I felt bad that they could have it but they said they were more happy to give it to their staff than keep it. I was so happy I went to Arby's for dinner tonight. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. We ordered a roast beef, buffalo chicken slider, and 2 orders of motzerella sticks. They gave us the motz and a slider with no sause and no ranch just some kind of melted cheese with hair in it. No roast beef sandwich at all. When we tries to call them there was no answer so we had to drive all he way back across town to get a refund. When we got there we were completely ignored by the manager. She had an additude getting us our money back and took long enough doing it. I'm so appauled Abrys would have such poor customer service skills, I love Arbys and have for many years and never have I been treated so poorly. Do not go to the reserve location. I strongly encourage you to check your bag. And only go to the brooks street location, I have always had great service with them. I wish I could add the picture I took of my hair my slider. Read moreNot sure if it was new staff or what....but woman taking customer orders behind counter was clearly frustrated. She had 2 ask line staff what was what on warmer where they placed orders for her to put orders 2gether & seemD like they were lil short/dismissive of her. Also seemD like mayB sum conflict btwn her & woman processN drive thru orders. I actually overheard her tell guys in back that she was ready to quit. End result is I felt that I was inconveniencing her . Particularly since I haven't been 2 an Arby's N yrs & didn't really know what any new offerings were. So, I wantD 2 peruse menu & she seemD impatient w/me. Food was what U'd Xpect & acceptable. I'm jus not sure I'd visit there again due 2 tension(?) amongst staff (mayB?). Bottom line...food =decent.
