I ordered pizza to be delivered on 12/16/24. After an hour it showed up and was the wrong order. I called to rectify the situation and was told my order was still on the shelf in the store. They would get it to me immediately. After another hour, I called to get a refund as I still had not received my order. The man who answered was rude, but told me I’d get refunded, and that it was done and taken care of after only asking my name. I double checked to make sure and hung up. It is now 12/26/24 and I still do not have my money.
I called to speak with a manager today and was given Gavin Serafini. He basically just said no to refunding me because HE didn’t have the ability to go look at past transactions only his GA. Gavin’s only response was “well you got the pizza didn’t you”. I then asked for the GA and he just says he’s not here. So I asked for the GA’s name and number and the manager said he didn’t know his name. I asked him to get it. He still never gave me a last name even when I asked again. I then asked for HIS name and he got incredibly rude with me. The customer service is rather abysmal. The manager Gavin is rude and disrespectful. I received hostile and combative service the night I ordered and currently as I’m trying to get my refund.

After two hours of waiting we got phone from an unknown number saying it was delivered to the wrong address and we needed to contact customer care and then they just hung up. We double checked the order and the correct address was listed. Then we called the store they said our only option were a pick up credit or a refund in 3-5 days. Driving across town isn't an option right now and they won't re deliver to the correct address.....guess its soup and sandwiches for dinner. Its a real bummer too seeing as papa John's was our favorite. Definitely not going to be returning...
