Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Missoula

EXTREMELY upset about my previous order with this specific pizza hut. My husband ordered pizza at 8:30 pm, after a long day of work we needed some comfort food. After the first hour waiting for our food, he called the store back at 9:30 pm asking about our food. They told him that they couldn't find our address and decided to head back to the store. They offered a refund, and told us they would try again to deliver our food. After waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes, the delivery guy shows up and gives us our pizza and wings, missing our cinnabons. So my husband calls the pizza hut back to confirm that we are getting our money back and to complain about our missing item. We then opened the pizza and found that it wasn't cut properly (photo evidence to prove it but can't figure out how to put it on here), so he also informed the lady on the phone about the terrible cut. The lady then put him "on hold" and proceeded to tell the rest of the crew about his complaint while he listened to them laugh about their terrible service and our bad experience. Once the manager got on the phone, my husband was already fed up with everything that happened that he made sure we got our money back and quickly ended the conversation. I do NOT recommend this pizza hut, you'll honestly have better luck elsewhere. If I could give less than a star, I would. Also to the workers laughing at how poorly you served and treated us, you're lucky it wasn't me...

I have an issue with this Pizza Hut: Today after being discharged from the hospital, all i wanted was a Pizza from Pizza Hut delivered to my home. I had ordered my pizza at 5:40pm and it was scheduled for delivery at 6:30. When it was delivered early i was prepared to tip the driver. Except he never stayed, he literally DROPPED my Pizza at my door and walked away. I opened the box and the Pizza was so messed up, it was half out of the box and the slices were like folded over. I called Pizza Hut 6 times and waiting for over 45 minutes total waiting for someone to pick up the phone. After 30 minutes I finally decided to just drive down there myself. Halfway there a very kind and apologetic women answered the phone, she was able to get our Pizza remade for carryout instead and we went to pick up our pizza. When we got there we traded pizzas as she had ours ready as soon as we walked in. I didn't catch her name but she had some purple in the undersid eof her hair! She deserves a raise as it is obvious she is the ONLY one doing her job (and everyone elses). The new Pizza she made is is absolutely beautiful and tastes delicious. The delivery driver however, needs to be fired because I have issues with him every single time I order for delivery, and I order Pizza...

I have never recieved such rudeness from a store then this one pizza hut. I ordered 2 pizza 1 bread stick and 2 of the 4 drinks deals off there $5 line up. I did not receive my second pack of drinks so I called them receipt in hand and let them know I was missing drinks he said ok I'll get them to you. 10 minutes later I get a knock at my door and a lady sending in front of my door and I said thank you. She replied with you might want to ask your son where your other drinks went very rudly.... I said I only got 4 drinks I ordered 8 drinks she said no you didnt it said 1 order. . I have my receipt it says 2 orders of drinks and says I paid $10 for both orders together. She then stormed off. She was so rude and nasty to me i was just so offended. I called the store immediately and let them know he said that's not like my driver to do something like that. I will not be going back to that pizza hut. And the pizza we got was ridiculous as well really small and barley even a pizza. I love pizza hut but good lord they have some rude employees working at...
