I have a serious issue with the customer service provided to the dine-in customers of your store. When I arrived about 7:10 last night, there was an elderly couple, a gentleman, and a young lady in line ahead of me in the lobby, and cars wrapped around the building for the drive-thru. I quickly noticed there was a family with toddlers that the mom had obviously ordered their food already, but was waiting to be served. The place did not appear to be under-staffed, as there wasn't room for any more employees in the kitchen area and everyone was working as fast as they could. It took nearly 25 minutes AFTER MY ARRIVAL for the family to get their food. They didn't apologize, or even speak to us customers standing at the counter waiting to order. No explanation as to why we couldn't have our order taken just yet, no eye contact or anything. Apparently, the only customers who are important are online food delivery (Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc) and the drive-thru. About 20 minutes after I got there, they finally took the 1st two orders in line of the lobby (6 more people in line behind me at this point). Management (who was helping drive-thru side) came up and told the 2 girls working to prioritize the guests standing in the lobby. They did not. They continued to ignore us while they tended to the pile of online orders rolling in see pile of tickets in photo. Another 5 minutes and they took the order of the gal ahead of me. I stood in line for another 15+ minutes before my order was taken (40 minutes from the time I walked in, only 3 orders ahead of me). I was there long enough for a food delivery driver to pick up one order, deliver it and come back for another and leave again before I got my food!! That is absolutely disgraceful! It took almost another 10 minutes to get my order. Why didn't I leave? I wanted to see it thru so that I could write this review in hopes that this issue will be addressed. I'm sorry, but I feel like the customers who have taken the time out of their day to visit your establishment, and put in the effort and energy to PHYSICALLY WALK IN, should take priority over the people who won't even get out of their car or leave their couch! There has got to be a way for management to shut off/slow down the online orders so the customers who are physically there can be served...
Read moreWe went here at 9:30 at night and didn't realize the lobby closed at 10. We ordered our food and sat down, with the last of us being served our food at 10. That was fine, and the employees were all very apologetic and kind. About 5 minutes after 10, one of the employees came out to the lobby and started cleaning up, emptying trash, and then turned out the lights. My husband asked if they were closing, and she said the lobby closes at 10, and she was really sorry, she didn't know why but her manager told her to go turn off the lights instead of letting us eat. She then said normally she would let us finish our food. At this point, we apologized and we were all hurrying to finish and clean up. She went back in and turned the lights back on, and we saw her manager, Jeff, chewing her out. As we were gathering our food, wiping off our tables and throwing away our garbage, Jeff the manager yelled over the counter, "you all REALLY need to leave NOW!" We responded that we were trying to, and I went up to the counter to try to talk to him, at which point he walked to the back and refused to talk to me. Another employee came up and said he was really confused about why his manager was kicking us out, but that he was really sorry. I asked to talk to Jeff, he went and tried to get him, and he still refused to talk to me. We walked out of the building at 10:15, 15 minutes after getting our food, having cleaned up all of our mess and spending over $200 for our group. My husband called the manager after we had left to ask why he had handled the situation so unprofessionally, and he said his employees should have informed us that the lobby closed at 10, that he didn't do anything wrong, and then he...
Read moreFor the last several months, I have tried to give this location many chances. I have had raw hamburgers on 5 different occasions from this location. I have paid for extra things on my food and never received them, every single time. Then comes the last time I tried it.
I ordered my food through the drive-thru and the person taking my order was so stoned they could not communicate properly and I could smell it on them while in the Drive-Thru at the window. I myself am 420 friendly, but I know when and where to partake.
I've seen management change and hoped it would get better (which is why I kept on trying it), but now I am to a point where I will never go back to this location and I will make sure to suggest a different restaurant entirely.
I don't think that the employees here understand the importance of thoroughly cooking ground beef. I for one will not continue to risk my health and that of my child and husband's health.
I thought their competitor BK on Broadway was the worst, but no this location takes number one for the worst burger joint in town and a very high chance you're going to get sick, if you don't pay attention to your food before consuming it.
I highly suggest that management and staff be retrained and/or replaced. As for me, I'll be finding a new burger joint where I don't have to worry about being hospitalized from food poisoning.
It's sad that I feel like the one-star required to review, is...
