I usually love going to Buffalo Wild Wings, but this visit was a huge letdown, mostly because of the service we got from our waitress, Jennifer.
We got there around 9 PM, and it was pretty busy at first. My partner got his drink pretty quickly, but I had to wait 15 minutes for mine. No big deal, but it was a sign of things to come. We ordered the trio combo, which is supposed to come with tortilla chips and three sauces, but all we got were the chips with just salsa. My partner asked about the mozzarella sticks at least six times, and Jennifer promised each time sheâd check, but nothing ever came.
We waited more than 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold, and the fries were stale. On top of that, when we ordered our second round of drinks, we waited another 20 minutes. We could literally see our drinks sitting at the bar, but Jennifer didnât come over to grab them. Eventually, the bartender had to bring them to us.
What made it worse was that Jennifer seemed way more focused on serving a table behind us, where it looked like she was attending to family or friends. They got all their food quickly, and Jennifer spent a lot of time chatting and laughing with them while we were just sitting there waiting.
To top it off, Jennifer wrote her name on our napkins, which was a first for us and felt unprofessional. We didnât even use the napkins, but it left us scratching our heads.
By the time we were finally able to leave, the restaurant was practically empty and close to closing time, which made it feel even more frustrating. After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks that never came, we asked for the bill and requested that the mozzarella sticks be removed. Jennifer acted surprised, even though she promised multiple times to check on them. When the bill came, the mozzarella sticks were still on it. We had to get the manager to take them off.
Overall, we still love Buffalo Wild Wings and have had great experiences/food there before. It was just Jenniferâs service that really ruined this date. Hopefully, this was just a one-off thing, but it was definitely...

It was only a few customers in the restaurant , but there was no one in the front to greet you or seat you or clean the table. My son and I seated ourselves and were looking for someone to clean the table. After waiting a while, I went ahead and ordered my food from their website because no one approached our table. I asked the waitress for a cup of water, it never arrived. Nick the manager came out and asked if I ordered already. I informed him that I placed my order while sitting there because there was no waitress available to take my order or no one to seat us. He said, unfortunately, since I placed my order online, I couldn't sit there and eat. He was very rude and Stated that his waitress would have to clean our mess. I stated excuse me, The table was not clean when we arrived, and it was unprofessional for him to state that with an attitude, his waitress would have to clean our mess. He also stated that he had a large group to come in and they left a big mess and didn't leave a tip. I told him that I was offended because first of all I didn't have a large group. It was only my son and I.I planned on leaving a tip but they didn't deserve a tip & I never leave a mess, Nick was rude and unprofessional, the waitress was lazy. He never asked me my name and when I stated that that wasn't my order, he stated that the waitress told him that was my order which he never even stepped over there and asked.
