The first couple weeks, the store was open. It was fully stocked and clean, and since then, it has been garbage. Every single time I go, the aisle with the rugs near the pillows is trashed with stuff all over the floor, so I can't even push the cart through. I understand a lot of the shelves don't have two of the same item if it's something they got from a store that no longer wanted it since they get a lot of leftover product however, there is no organization at all on the shelves and they don't clean up after people that mess it up at all. There's barely any shirts in the men's section in size 2X and the shoes are also in the wrong place and mismatched. some of the shelves are just empty like they don't even restock so I don't understand how a newer store could be so...
Read moreThis Ross location is one of the worse I've ever visited! For it have been open just for a short time, it's already gone downhill. The store is not clean and the staff is very rude. Visited this location on tax free weekend by mistake, purchased a pair of ballerina shoes in the wrong size, didn't pay tax of course. Took them back not even 24hrs later still during tax free weekend and the manager tried forcing me to pay tax, stating I was trying to avoid paying $1.35 in taxes that I didn't pay to begin with. She stated, I had to pay the tax, couldn't return and purchase the correct pair. Maybe I'm missing something..? I believe all stores that do this need to stop this practice. It is insulting to your customers to do this. if you have a problem with theft take different measures to prevent it but stopping people on their way out is not...
