We absolutely love chick fil a so we loved the idea of having a near by CFA. The staff is very welcoming and attentive except for one person. It was a white lady, long hair or so. She was older, I wish I would have grabbed her name but she was very rude from the beginning. I’m guessing she was in charge of making sure the lobby was clean. My son who is three kept grabbing the disposable Mats from the high chairs and she looked annoyed and replaced them immediately. Then we went to the play area and in there was a mother who was expecting & her toddler. Her daughter accidentally spilled her drink that was mainly ice so I went to go ask for help. She immediately gave me an attitude saying “that’s why the sign says no drinks in there” as she points at the sign aggressively. I told her “we apologize, I can clean it up if you bring me the mop” she proceeded to clean and my son was near the spill to see what happened and she pushes him away. I understand she was preventing him from stepping on the spill but he was just looking, I told her “you don’t have to push him”. She proceeded to ignore me and aggressively clean the spill and repeated “this is why there’s a no drinks sign”. This lady doesn’t represent what chick fil a is. I understand the sign said no drinks, but to be that rude and physically touch a child is unacceptable. She should be working in the back if she doesn’t like to deal with customers. Read moreReally nice staff at this location! Not trying to throw stones, but they treat their customers better than other CFA locations in the area. Chase was helping us at the register tonight and was so great. Polite, pleasant, and hooked us up with everything we needed. I didn’t even realize they were almost ready to close the dining area for the night but they didn’t say anything or rush us. Super clean interior. Little alcohol hand wipes on every table. They had what looked like smart trash cans with little LED lights. And we didn’t use it, but they have the mobile thru feature in the drive thru. Definitely use it, because it makes the drive thru so much faster. The food was a little better here than what we’ve had at the other locations lately (I’m a peppermint milkshake fiend and every time I’ve ordered one in the past 3 weeks at other locations, they’ve been out of maraschino cherries, but not here. Read moreI went to this Chick-fil-A location to pick up cookies for an event and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered two 12-count cookies, but they were handed to me with no bag, so I had to awkwardly hold both boxes myself. The cookies felt extremely hard, so I went back in to speak with someone. Despite sitting in clear view, the manager passed me multiple times without acknowledging me. I had to ask a team member to get her.
When I finally spoke to the manager, I explained the cookies were too hard and asked for a fresh batch. She offered to give them to me individually, which I assumed would be fresher. Unfortunately, when I got to the event, everyone complained about how hard and unpleasant the cookies were.
To make it worse, the manager never apologized for the inconvenience, and the in-store line was backed up while the drive-thru moved faster. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location—definitely not the service or the cookies I expected from...
