Why I put a 1 wasn't for the service. Wasn't because of the food but for the new mismanagement. I understand changing items on the menu, changing how we check out but to take away the comfort and relaxation of the atmosphere is beyond me. That is the whole reason we have been coming here 10+ years is to relax and the employees are not so stressed evdn though it gets packed they are not so uptight and they are like family. I'm telling you know you mess with them you mess with the customers too but I guess that's what you want. You want them professional looking, they are when they are relaxed with showing their support for local teams . We as customers go professional all week working and what not we don't need to see the employees at Denny's so uptight working how they look instead how they feel. Work is stressful enough I don't know why they can't wear there hats and team shirts, that's what makes this location so appealing and different. The staff feels good and if they feel good we feel good. As I sat and ate and felt a tense atmosphere is sad like it's strange place where they have to act like robots instead of family which why this location is great. And then to announce loudly you don't like sports well Theresa you are in the wrong place..not only does the staff enjoy sports but a lot of your customers do and I thought that's what Denny's was about CUSTOMERS. But with you its all about you. So we are regulars as majority are and since one of our fave waiters left due to the unreasonable mismanagement of things. Also all the tables around us which are regulars as well there was no it one table that they couldn't order their usual well I guess it's because it not about them. This is upsetting and once our other favorites go so will we and I can tell you there are a lot of us. Your staff is not themselves because of you therefore you will loose customers and then you have well your favorite person..yourself. this is not a good choice on your part and could be affecting the Denny's family which includes the customers. We understand some changes but not who they are and what makes this place a success. When you affect them you effect us all. I don't how one person can affect 20 + people like this and they are what compliments the place not you. You don't even act like a manager or owner. Owners care about the customers and staff not the other way around. I'm in my 30s and that should teo you they mean a lot and the place. We have 2 Denny's near us but we choose to drive further because the relaxing family orientated atmosphere which includes them wearing their jerseys and sports shirts and hats I understand not everyday buy most of us go to work during the week but come on. It not the uniform that makes them professional but how they treat their customers and their smiling faces. Which now they have to be plane like any other place which this place is not it was better than that and they can be their individual selves. I know you make think this is just a restaurant but to us its a place where everyone know your name and where we can't wait to see everyone on the weekend at least I and a lot of others do. I know a lot of people that go there and well it was just sad to see how it is now. ...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If laughter is the best medicine, then breakfast at this Denny’s is basically a full-on wellness retreat.
Let me tell you about my morning at The House of Pancake Dreams and Eternal Coffee — aka Denny’s — where I experienced not just a meal, but a spiritual awakening in the form of a Senior Starter and an outrageously joyful staff.
First, let’s talk about Elizabeth, the waitress with the mostest. She greeted me with a smile so bright I had to check if the sun had taken the day off. Her conversation? Top-tier. Her coffee refills? Practically Olympic-level. And she’s got this habit of singing in the morning like she’s starring in a breakfast-themed musical — honestly, I’m considering bringing a ticket booth next time. Broadway, are you listening?
Also, fun fact: she doesn’t run red lights. Responsible and radiant? Somebody wife this woman up (too late, she’s married with escuincles and either one or the other may be the cause of the singing if you know what I mean and I think you do).
Now, I got the Senior Starter — because I may be older, but I’m still a starter, baby! One egg, sunny side up (like my outlook and my waitresses), one sausage link (we’re practically family now), toast (which I like to JAM with — get it?), and a cute little fruit cup that made me feel both healthy and proud.
Big shoutout to Chefs Mari and Rosa — culinary goddesses who turned simple ingredients into a plate worthy of a Food Network slow-mo montage. My egg was sunnier than a Florida retirement brochure. Two absolute bizcochas dishing out flavor like it’s a love language. I’m not sure what was sweeter — the fruit cup or their vibe. Probably both.
And let us not forget the unsung heroes: Danny and his All-Star Cleaning Crew — Luis, Alex, and yes, even the whipped cream. These folks keep the place sparkling cleaner than a bald eagle after a rainstorm. If cleanliness is next to godliness, then this crew is basically the Holy Trinity of Mop, Bucket, and Shine.
Seriously, if you’re not jelly of this review, you’re clearly not ready for this jelly.
In closing, may the Lord bless every single soul working at this fine establishment. You made my morning brighter, my belly fuller, and my heart lighter.
Remember tip your waiters and waitresses and I’ll be working all night.
Besos y lágrimas, one very full, very grateful customer.
P.S. I like my eggs like I like my waitresses: sunny side up and impossible not to love. Actually over easy, but that just doesn’t...
Read moreThis is the worst place with the worst service in the universe. We had been long customers, not anymore. I will not step foot inside this place even if they pay me. The food is not any better. I've always believed in giving places a second chance, but when your told by I think he was a manager "there's the door" that door will not be opened by me again. We went in today and wanted a larger comfort table, but all the tables on the only open side if not being used was filthy. Or to small for 5 people to sit comfortably. While the waiter was thinking about wipping off the table, I asked if we could be seated on the closed side, this was at noon, which I can't understand why it would be closed, especially with covid, no one wants to sit in a sardine tuna can, and be seated at a filthy table while the waiter thinks about cleaning the table.. I got a bit upset after hearing the same excuse as the last time, from the rudest server when she said That side is closed, as she did 2 weeks ago. That time I let it go, while I was trying to find out why we couldn't sit know at a clean table on the other side ., her husband jumps in and the first few words from his mouth is that's my wife, "there's the door" excuse me. I never cursed at her,, nor laid a finger on her, for him to speak that way to me, the thing is she use to be sweet, but lately her attitude is horrible as if she doesn't want to be there. THERE'S A WAY TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS I was not that loud until the husband starts attacking me. Why can't I sit at a clean table? Is that too much to ask? Why is that side closed at noon on a Sunday?, Why make customers wait when there's pleanty on the another side? Why sit customers at dirty tables, and clean them while you wait?. Why when a customer asks if they can sit at another table, you the customer is being told the table is dirty. I'm done I'm disgusted with location, since I was shown the door so rudly I will gladly leave it closed. Trust the surveys at this location, I don't want anyone to loose their jobs, but if you hate your job and treat customers this way, leave. To the managment, other than the husband. I would think about your customer experience for the...
