We had been regular customers @ the Hwy. 6 location for several months until recently when we had the most unpleasant experience w/ a young woman named Ashley who is unfortunately employed there. This young woman obviously has no customer skills what so ever and had the nerve to tell me the paying customer that I was the one who had miscommunicated my order. I went back the very next morning and spoke w/ the manager Hillary who @ the time seemed to be very understanding. I had dealt w/ Hillary many times when ordering our food and never had any problems. She had informed me that she had indeed had problems w/ this young woman before herself when trying to correct her, but yet, she she still remained employed in their establishment. I had even met the owner of Marco's @ one time and he had informed me that if I ever had any problems w/ his employees to please let him know of this. Yet, this evening when I called to make an order for take out, I asked if Hillary was working, and was informed by the young man who answered the phone, that she had just left for the day, but the owner, or Ashley was there. I asked to speak w/ the owner because I was going to place our order w/ him instead. The young man asked for my name, and I told him that I was a customer, he placed me on hold for a moment, and when someone returned to the line, it was no other than Ashley, who asked if I was the lady she had problems w/ the other day. I simply took this as retaliation for me complaining on her the other day so I simply hung up and sent Hillary a text message. She told me that she couldn't just fire someone, it was up to the owner. I didn't ask her to fire the woman, I asked to speak w/ the owner instead of her to place my order. I can honestly say this is very poor customer service and when they allow an employee to retaliate against a customer for complaining, it's appalling to say the least! We won't ever go back there and I certainly won't ever be tipping anyone out of the goodness of my heart ever again, especially when I drive to the store and walk in and place my order there and pick it up myself. I feel sorry for this business owner, I hope that he will have a business left hiring people like Ashley and keeping her as an employee. I was in the restaurant business for years and my family even owned a restaurant back home and I guarantee, this kind of behavior was not tolerated. Very sad to see how customer service...

Read more(9/15) My first review came out when Marco's opened, so maybe its not as reliable to a customer whose never eaten there before, so I'm going to revise it and remake this review. First off, my family has ordered Marco's a lot. We often have parties, or just don't want to cook, and Marco's is always there. The recipe has changed from when they first opened, so no more everything falling off before you bite it. We usually get it delivered, and they make our pizza fast and fresh, so props to them! With most pizza delivery people, the slices may not always be cut all the way, but with Marco's? Its ALWAYS cut perfectly. I dont know if some of the triangles aren't fully cut, but the squares sure are!
[It's okay, wouldn't recommend it to people if you want a pizza that wouldn't fall apart before you even take a bite out of it. We ordered online and when we went to go pick it up the guy who was giving us our pizza tripped and almost dropped the pizza, then when we finally got it, the pizza wasn't even cut all the way so we had to rip it apart which messed up a lot of pieces which was irritating.
