Arby's — Restaurant in Missouri

I was excited to order the Arby's Potato Cakes now they are back on the menu. Thought I'd try their new Burgers too. I ordered the Cheesy Burger, hold the Cheese, add Onions & please toss in some Salt packets! The Burger came with both patties of cheese (melted so I couldn't even take them off), no extra Onions, With extra Tomatoes (that I forgot to ask none of because I hate Tomatoes) and no Salt packets in the bag. Oh well, I tried the Burger anyway. Inedible. Come to find out they Sous Vide their burgers and then crisp them in the Fryer. Ewww. I’m very underwhelmed with my food service. I ordered a large curly fry which is my favorite thing ever from Arby’s and I probably got 5 total fries because they were all sort of stuck together, looking at it from the front you couldn’t see the fries in the container. With the price of the meals here we should be served a generous amount of curly fries. Additionally my burger is underdone, I didn’t have to look at it, the moment I bit into it I could tell if needed at least another couple of minutes on whatever grill or microwave they use. I had the steakhouse garlic rib eye sandwich and it was very small and full of fat. I spit half the sandwich out just in fat. Plus your average VALUE meal is 11-12 bucks now. The portions have gone down and the prices way up! All those people in favor of paying fast food workers $15 minimum, THANKS A LOT!! The restaurants aren't paying that. They have just passed the expense on to the customers. The place was dirty, trash cans overflowing, and the condiments art stocked up. Everybody wants $15 an hour minimum wage but they want to do about $2 an hour...
