Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Missouri

this location has gone massively down hill. my last experience was horrific, as the driver left my order on the ground, outside of my main building door, despite the main door being left unlocked for them to deliver it to my actual door. did i mention the ground was wet? decided to give them another try today and was also disappointed. made a half and half pizza with EXTRA pep and light jalapeño on one side and chicken/spin/tom on the other half. as you can see the one half is skimped on the peps and the other half was THROWN together. pizza was floppy and toppings falling off. thank god for the prepackaged salads they offer, because that was the only “good” thing about this whole ordeal. not to mention, was quoted 64-74 mins on delivery time, my order arrived close to 90 minutes after i placed it. all i ordered was 1 pizza, 1 salad & 1 two-liter… wow. the delivery driver didn’t even offer an apology. won’t be returning to this location...

The online app and their front door says they’re open till 1 o’clock I arrived at about 23 minutes till 1 o’clock and their doors were locked. All the employees just stared at us from inside. one even came over and checked to make sure the door was locked and ignored us. I logged in to the online app and placed an order and paid for it at 12:40am. the order went all the way through and said it was making our pizza and then at 10 minutes till I got a notice that the order was canceled. It is now 1259 and my second order has been canceled. they are still cleaning up inside and ignoring us. we do business here quite frequently and this is highly disappointing to say the least. If I could give zero stars I would. Our order was said to be delivered on the tracker, so we called the store and was on hold for 20+ and was told it would be there in 10 min or less. Well lo and behold it was delivered to a home that wasn't ours. So back to calling and after 20 minutes I selected a different call option and was given the runaround and yet again transferred to the store that apparently can't answer their phone. Gong on 20 min again with no avail. Oh and did you know Dominos has no customer service phone number? So who knows if we will receive a refund ever. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience we have ever had with a restaurant. DO NOT...
