My husband and I visited this location April 27. Our waitress was TERRIBLE to say the least. She seemed to not understand very well and several times asked us the same question and received the same answer. She seemed very unsure of the menu. The margarita flavors need to be revised on the menu, they don't have at least half of the flavors listed.
Needless to say my food was wrong and when I tried to get her to understand what I was asking for she seemed more annoyed than helpful . Another server came to our table and said they would correct my order and he was also the one to bring my corrected order back to me. She never came back to the table until another server walked past and asked to take my plate away and if we needed anything else, we asked for the check and after about 10 mins here comes miss rude waitress. Her tip reflected her lack of customer service, hopefully she learns to do better or get a different job.
The margaritas are wayyyy better than the food, food is really just OK at best. So if you want OK food and a really good drink you may have a decent experience. Hopefully you don't get the poor excuse of a waitress we got.

Read moreI had a terrible experience. We went about a week ago. Our waiter did not like coming to our table to refill drinks or water. Our food came out at vastly different times. Think, appetizers came after we'd finished the main course and asked for the check. I had forgotten about the appetizers. Both meals came out burnt. When we asked for remediation for it, the manager asked if it was burnt or if we wanted the food replaced??? BOTH! I had to ask for water refills 3 times. But the worst part, after all of that. From 7:30 to NINE THIRTY we asked for a check that we never received. I looked at the camera each time I had to go up front and ask for the check. I eventually told a guy who was cleaning tables that if we didn't get the check we were going to leave. They said they were getting our waiter. We watched that waiter look at our table while giving everyone else service and checks. He smiled at us a few times. We just left. I called the next day to rectify the situation and pay for the food. I was put on hold for increasingly longer times each time I called. The last time being 45 minutes? IDK. I went to pay for the food but they refuse to let me. 0/10 won't...
Read moreBeing a regular customer, today was a bad day. I ordered the trio chimichanga meal to go. I should’ve checked my order before leaving but being I’ve never had an issue before, I didn’t.
Once home I found my chimichangas drenched in liquid cheese and topped with lettuce, pico and sour cream. The steak inside the chimichangas was hard and maybe left over from the previous day. My entire meal was cold and disgusting. Never have these items been placed in the same container. The purpose of a chimichanga is the deep fried crust. Why was hot and cold placed in the same container??
I was not allowed use my military discount on this visit. I was told there are no discounts on to go orders but every previous visits were to go and I’ve always been able to use my discount. I have never eaten inside the restaurant.
It took 3 calls to the store speaking with 3 different people, 1 actually hung up on me and no one was willing to address my issue or refund my money. Looks like this will be my final visit to this Florissant location. Totally...
