100% UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!! I wish i could put a ZERO! After waiting over an hour for my food and calling 3 times and talking to 3 different managers and told what the problem was ( after being transferred to a different manager ) which i wouldn't of had an issue if i wasn't told that my food was going to be here any minute twice . Once it hit the hour mark i decided to call a third time to ask for my refund back and then was told well isn't my driver there . As soon as the lady said that the driver was here and was not friendly at all and just set my food down and walked out the door ( NO sorry or my apologies for it taking so long ) Then when we opened our sandwiches up one was not cut like it said on our receipt and the sandwich was soggy and i was told that well didn't you get your food ?!?!?! Also told that they could give me half of my refund back because i received my meal !!!! Then I told them i will be reaching out to the corporate office and they told me to go ahead and contact them. After the phone call they called my phone TWO TIMES !! After being as rude as can be . They were so unprofessional and i will never be eating from...

When you order extra ingredients on your sandwich - .. can't even see any of the toppings.. it's like a disappointing mystery.

It's almost like they remembered my first review, because this time, I got All the ingredients. Massive amounts of everything, delicious sandwich. Thank you sandwich makers, this was delightful.

EDIT: looks like they finally replaced their sandwich crew with robots .. when you modify a sandwich, these new robots are programmed to use the bare minimum amount of ingredients, and can’t tell when something is going to be extremely disappointing . So I walk in not sure what I and a guy says take your time. Then a lady named Catriona Milne asks me questions to help me figure out what I wanted. I then give one order thing, then I see the Frenchie advertised and I was curious. Catriona then tells me everything about it and that they were just made. I order it and then I order another sandwich. As I'm bagging up my food she asked me if I needed any additional condiments or anything else.
