Very disappointed. Stopped Here to grab a quick coffee, my boyfriend ordered a hazelnut frappe and got what tasted and looked like a vanilla bean frappe, my chai with espresso tasted like water, waited a long time for my friends drink and then was told we couldn’t receive it even after waiting all that time. The drink was a cold brew and they couldn’t serve it because “it’s broken” not sure exactly what was broken but that was the explanation I got. They proceeded to say “we can make you anything else” so I gave them another drink suggestion and they couldn’t do that either. I asked for a refund and the women who I assume was some sort of lead or manager because she was giving everyone else instructions of things to do, anyways she looked at me and said “yeah go wait over there” very poor attitude and no client sympathy. Stop at Starbucks got a drink that was $6.07 gave the cashier 20.07 she handed me my drink and not my change I asked her if I could have my change $14.00. I told her that’s she good but not that good for $14.00 tip. I asked her several times for my change. then she was trying to tell me that I gave her a $10.00 I told her no I gave you $20.07. I finally got my $14.00 back. Then I handed her a $10.00 for the seconds Order . all of sudden She left the register and some guy came to window and wanted to know what the problem is I said all I wanted was my $14.00 change. then he told me that i was being rude i was not being rude all i want was my change wow. Then he told my i owed 5.75 for second order and i told him I gave the cashier the $10.00 and that's when she walk away. Every time I go my drink has been made wrong. They never put any whipped cream in my drink (it comes with it) so I put extra whipped cream in the order. Today my drink only had about an inch of liquid in it (ITS A VENTI!) the rest was Whipped Cream and Caramel. The said liquid in my drink was disgusting! I took a sip and actually gagged, I genuinely thought I was going to throw up. I always get the Caramel Ribbon Crunch and what I got today was definitely not what I ordered. It looked right at first glance and I was hopeful, then I took a sip and tasted what seemed like super burnt coffee. Like straight up burnt coffee, no sweetener or anything.
