Wendy's — Restaurant in Mitchell

Awful customer service, went there for lunch today, ordered through the app so the wait did not take long. One person in line and had to wait 2 minutes before talking to someone at the drive through, when I got to the window the lady that I have never seen speak to any customer, opened the window, looked at me and shut it. Few minutes go by and she opens it again, gives me my food and shuts the window again. Mind you a single word still hasn’t come out of her mouth. I just sat there after getting my items and she looked at me confused and asked if that was everything. How is the customer supposed to know if they got everything? I suppose we could just check the bags ourselves but we don’t get paid for that. They do. I said “I don’t know, is that everything” she just said yes and just closed the window. She is not the only one I have has awful customer service with. Food was cold, got a total of 9, yes, 9 fries. Once I opened my bag I realized my order didn’t seem right, went back in and checked the app to make sure I didn’t make a mistake and look at that. They made the mistake, I ordered what I wanted and did not get what I ordered. Will try Wendy’s again but if this continues consider my...

I think I just saw the worst fast food crew I've ever seen in my life.

Let's start from front to back:

front counter girl. No visor, no shirt tucked in, no sense of urgency. Yelling at the door dasher that she never works front counter anymore and, "WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED??!"

Drive thru lady: No smile, no sense of urgency, looked like her dog died.

Fry guy: eating fries he's making, no gloves, handling frozen chicken patties, and then went back to fries without washing his hand while occasionally turning around glaring angrily at all of the customers.

Runner/ supervisor: no visor, no hat, no smile, no instructions to any of the employees, but the only one moving somewhat fast.

I didn't even see a single employee wash their hands the whole time I was there. Including the one who was in the bathroom. I decided not to...

When I first went there when they opened.... The first 4 days lunch and supper so 2 times a day... Food was awesome hot and fresh. Store was clean lines out the door, drive thru line wrapped all around the building... They were doing awesome... Not so much anymore only been a couple weeks since they opened. I knew once the big wigs left it was going down... Now its just as Hardees was. Store is a mess trashes over filling. Staff walking to the bathrooms and outside with aprons on then returning to work with the same one on... Now they are a busy place but my god get that one guy thats standing there watching customers to go clean tables sweep the floor take the garbage out... I wont dare go at night again.. Frys cold as hell baked potato hard and cold... We will see if its still...
