BRUHHH.... I understand fast food workers aren't paid enough to deal with a lot of what they deal with, but man... if you accept the job, at least do the bare minimum. I came through the drive thru last Sunday night 10/22/23 at 8pm having just got off work myself. I got rushed to order because I was waiting to be acknowledged at the speaker. Then, the girl couldn't be bothered to get off the phone gossiping with her friend through the whole interaction. She dropped my change out the window not even trying to get it to my hand and I was too close to the window to open my door all the way to try to get it so It had dispersed and blown away by the time i could try to get it. She didn't even acknowledge it. Just kept talking on the phone and shut the window. Then, when I got my food all shoved in one bag, she just kinda shoved it to me and shut the window (still on the phone). I waited a minute because I wasn't sure if I had got the whole order. I had to wave to get her to look my way to ask if I had everything. She said yes and shut the window. I don't what the heck half of it was, but it wasn't what i ordered. It looked like they took a tiny piece of old dried turkey lunch meat , tore it in 3 pieces, slapped it on expired rolls to make some really pitiful excuses for sandwiches and wadded it up in some paper. I didn't order any turkey anything.... I ordered Buffalo chicken sliders. Man, I get that some days you just don't want to be at work, but I didn't treat her any kind of way to be treated so rude and careless. I didn't bother trying to get it fixed because I know I'd just get more of the same. The cook on duty was absolutely doing their job though. Everything else was hot and fresh. I believe the order taking employee just didn't care or pay enough attention to put in the correct order. Good grief. If I'm the customer and I have enough respect to get off the phone while ordering, I would think the employee...
Read moreWalked into the store and stood in what I thought was a line. The guy ahead of me they gave him his food and walked off. Wait several minutes. with employees passing me by and never acknowledging. I didn’t ask anybody walking by. How do I order? She said I ain’t got no drawer. I said does that mean you’re closed she then raise her voice at me and said what do you mean we’re closed. I said well I’m trying to place an order and no one will acknowledge me. I said I have no drawer. And which one I told her I would just go somewhere else and notify the management. She said a few of the smart things and I left.
This is not the first time I have been in the store and treated badly. Most of the time you come in the employees are sitting at tables with their phones, plugged in headphones on watching movies and their kids running around the store.
I guess it’s my fault for even going back to the store. I would advise anyone not to go there or patronize until they can change management and clean up some of the employees attitudes.
Like I told her you could’ve at least acknowledged me and say it’ll be just a minute or shift changing But they just looked at me and...
Read moreDreary on the inside with a taste of attitude. I haven’t been to a Arby’s in years finally went back after the last time was horrible and had better expectations. The only thing the improved was the speed of the order. But id rather it take 20 min longer to get fresh hot fries instead of stale old ones they gave me. With this tiny lemonade which doesn’t look anything like the picture it’s a small. But I degress the brisket sandwhich was a 4/10 lemonade with ice filled to the brim 8/10 fries 2/10 for effort. Customer service 3/10 I asked two questions and lady had an attitude or maybe it was the tone but she was irritated all I asked was is the straw in the bag she said yes there was not I had to get one then I asked is that the correct size for the lemonade she breathe irritatedly yes. At most just...
