China Kitchen — Restaurant in Mobile

This is the worst restaurant of any sort I have ever been in. It is filthy. Not post dinner rush dirty, but years of grime filthy. Why I didn't turn and walk out is a mystery. I was starving and hadn't had take out in over a year, so I ignored the red flags. The woman I gave my order to must have come from the "Harpys 'R Us" employment agency. She was disagreeable to put it mildly. She barely spoke English(not unusual), so I kept going. I ordered my two favs - shrimp with lobster sauce and BBQ pork ribs. The shrimp dish had no shrimp. It had cut up chunks of imitation crab in a vile, slimey sauce with bits of something unidentifiable so needless to say I didn't even try it. The ribs were tough, some were rubbery and it was all unappealing. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. It's been a rough couple of weeks and this was the cherry on top. I'm going back tomorrow to return the entire mess and get my money back. I can't afford to flush $23 down...

This place is close to the house. So they have been convenient, however, their food quality comes and goes. One thing you can always count on at this place, is the rude nasty attitude of the little Asian lady that takes your order. Her attitude has really gotten worst. For example, their menu states a Spring Roll order consists of 3 rolls. When try to order the Spring Rolls, I was trying to conform how many rolls came with order, when I asked 3, she abruptly and rudely says 2. No big deal if one's menu changes. I understand, but she has no tactfulness. I don't think this is necessarily a culture issue. Because I don't get this rudeness at other restaurants in the Mobile. I've decided that I will now go out of my way to order Chinese Food like out on Schilling Rd., Springhill Rd. and Cottage Hill by the Murphy gas station. I've had enough of them being rude.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years due to lack of options in our are. for whatever reason the woman that owns or works there has become so rude. I had my food remade 1 time bc it was too hard to eat. I always order the same 2 things either generals or sesame chicken with extra broccoli (an extra 2$ to 3$) today I ordered and when I picked up I was missing the broccoli so when I asked she just said "no extra broccoli" I was confused so I asked if I could add it now regardless of having already ordered and she said it would be $7.98 I was like ok. She then just repeated "no extra broccoli" she apparently just didn't want to make it I really don't know why she is so rude. She alone has absolutely ruined this place for me. I would rather drive across town than give her...
