Starbucks — Restaurant in Mobile

This is quite literally the worst location in mobile. They never make your orders right, I order ordered an ice brown sugar oat milk blonde espresso and could quite literally taste that It regular coffee and cows milks, there’s literally grounds in the coffee. If it was espresso like it was supposed to be there wouldn't be grounds and it wouldn’t be a bitter sour taste of straight black coffee and milk. They want to argue that it’s right that’s it’s the brown sugar when you can literally see the two different distinct colors between the brown sugar and the coffee grounds. I have had other experiences the same and they always want to say it’s brown sugar even in a hazelnut drink or whatever. Then get mad when you ask them to remake it. Watched them one time just put more regular milk ( not oat milk like I ordered) in it and hand it back like...

I usually go to my regular location on Springhill Ave. But this time we were on the opposite side of town so we went to our 3rd fave location. And it shows why. I ordered my favorite sunny day drink, the Violet drink with Almond milk this time instead of coconut. And I should have asked to make sure because the berries acidity was already causing the milk proteins to break down and look all yucky and like separated milk and not smooth and violet like it usually is. My daughter ordered the new Cloud Caramel Macchiato and 2/3 of that cup was pure foam. What a major rip off. I was going to call and complain but I was just too hot and tired and in pain from the day's grocery shop trip that I just said forget it they probably wouldn't do anything anyway. So lesson learned. Worst experience ever. Walked in 1 person in line. Placed my order. 6 people and 6 orders later. I'm Still waiting and they see me. Now as I approach the counter the lady asks the The girl hey she's been waiting where's her order then the Girl carelessly throws her hands i up in the air a few times saying give me a minute give me a minute rudely to the other employee as if I hadn't already waited patiently enough. I still politely asked for a refund. I wasn't acknowledge for what had just happened and no one even said ma'am we apologize. after getting refunded I turned and as I walked out no one in this establishment said a word.
