Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Mobile

This past Saturday I ordered my first ever catering trays for my son's 4th birthday party. The trays were scheduled to be ready by 5:45. I called the store 2 days before to verify that everything would be ready an was informed that they had the order and it would be ready. My son's party was booked at a jump park so we had specific times to eat so the kids could go back and enjoy the party. I wasn't able to leave the party of course so I had a family member go to Chick Fil A to pick the tray up but I called first to let them know. I informed the team member that the person was in spot #7. After 30 minutes of no food I called back and was informed that we had picked the tray up. I explained to the team member/manager on the phone that I in fact had not picked tray up. I asked if he could check his system again. He left the phone and came back and stated that the only tray that they had was already picked up. I was then asked for my confirmation number. I stated that I did not have my computer so I did not have the number. I was then informed that I must have a confirmation number or be able to prove that I ordered the tray. As a result, I had to leave my sons birthday party and go to Chick Fil A where I was able to pull the order from my Chick Fil A app. This was such a horrifying and embarrassing position to leave your child's party to prove that you made an order especially when we arrived 15 before it was time to pick the order up. I then had to wait another 7 minutes before receiving the order. The manager that brought me the order came to my car like I was the person that messed my order up. As I am trying to explain why I am upset an frustrated he tells me "Well ma'am you have your order now. This manager should never be a manager at Chick Fil A. I have never had such a horrible experience that ruined my child's party plus to not listen and be apologetic to the fact that I am upset because you really screwed up is really sad. I seriously will never purchase a catering order an I am seriously thinking to never come back to a Chick Fil A if this situation is corrected. Yall are blatantly ignoring how the quality of chick fil a has gone down. The fries are a JOKE. You order a large and get 2 more fries than a medium. Chick fil a responds to feedback I submitted - they stated that their fries "shrink." What does that even mean? Because I know they don't get cold and shrink as soon as you hand me my bag of food. I check it before I drive off, and it's ridiculous how many fries are in a large vs a medium. Also, I just went through drive through, asked for extra chicken on my cool wrap. The girl in the drive-through looked at me in my face, said okay that I could add it. Cool. I get to the window, and had to look at my receipt to see no modifications. Then was told no I can't add chicken, they can only take away stuff like cheese, etc. So you're telling me, they'll remake a cool wrap to take off the cheese, but I can't buy extra chicken for my wrap? WHACK! I know there's plenty of room in the tortilla to add stuff because there's so much tortilla that i tear off when eating it. On top of all this, I asked for light ice in my drink, so why do I feel ice all the way down my cup? It's wild to me that we pay so much for so little food, or not so good food anymore.
