Subway — Restaurant in Mobile

Picked up our food around 4:30 and me and my partner had a really rough day. so we were really hungry. After we picked it up went home and realized the bread was wrong, didn't think anything of it simple mistake but was irritated so we go back in there and tell the old man (Sal) that our order is wrong. in most other fast food companies if they make mistakes like that they let you usually keep it. but for whatever reason he told me that we were not allowed to keep it because his boss said it was "stealing" my bet was he Mr sal just wanted to go and take it to the back and eat it. so we get home the second time and he forgets our toppings. (we weren't looking nor did we check because we're very Fed Up, mistake on our end) so we go back once again and asked why our topping was missing and Mr Sal (old man) told us that one of the toppings the banana peppers were recalled, and that is absolutely ridiculous because we called a neighboring Subway and they had banana peppers this man MR SAL is a terrible worker and a liar.

PS. if he's in the store double check your order before you leave I've noticed other terrible comments about him or better yet...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here on my lunch because I was craving a sub sandwich and was very disappointed. gnats were flying everywhere in the restaurant. I specifically asked for an All-American Club FL pro. (Pro being extra meat) I told him no bacon though. He proceeded to get smart with me and say so you don’t want and All-American then. Then this other lady a younger black girl comes from out the back. On the phone and takes my sub out of the toaster. I’m looking at the sandwich like where is my meat? It was barely any on there. I told the man I asked for extra meat and he was confused. I said “Yes, I asked for a pro” He then proceeded to say that “ They don’t do pros” I said whatever. He finished making my sandwich and there goes the girl at the register on her phone the whole entire time talking to someone. I just started eating half of my sandwich and the first bite all I taste is pickles, banana peppers, and roasted garlic sauce I got. sandwich isn’t good AT ALL!!!! Never going back there again. Ordered a sandwich got home and there was hair in my food. Tossed it in the trash. Decided to go back after I got off work the next day to complain. I just so happened to get off work late, theyI got there. When I was looking on the door to see what time they close and what time they open the next day I saw a short Asian lady with regular clothes and was walking back and forth from the tables to behind the counter and somewhere in the back. The most disturbing part was she had a little dog with her that occasionally she would pet and carry around the store. Now I'm not saying that the hair in my food came from the dog, but unless it was a service dog and God forgive me if I'm complaining about a person that was handicapped I apologize, but I was a little bit disgusted so I think I'm done with...
