TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this Domino's Pizza. We ordered pizza online via the website for delivery , and after 45 minutes noticed that our order had remained in the same step on the pizza tracker. After this we decided to give the location a call to check on the status. We spoke with someone who only kept repeating, "The order is not ready yet," and would not provide me any additional details. We then asked to speak with the manager. We were placed on hold, and no one EVER came to the phone. At this point we had no other choice, but to head to the store location to try and get our pizza and/or money back. This was a major inconvenience!! It had now been over 1 hr since we place the pizza order online, leaving us to attempt to find this location in the dark in an unfamiliar city. Also might I add, my pregnant best friend was with me, and gets extremely ill when waiting too long to eat. The health of her and her unborn child were threatened!! We arrived to the location, and were not greeted! Once walking into the store, you could hear the phone incessantly ringing, which explains why no one ever came back to our phone call earlier. The first employee I spoke with still could not provide me with any information on the status of our pizza, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came to the counter, and after asking once AGAIN about the status of our pizza, said nothing, but instead walked away and threw her apron unto the floor, leaving us hanging. None of the employees addressed us after this, and continued to work as if we were not there. I again had to flag someone's attention. I asked the employee if someone could even tell me if our pizza had been made. His response was, "I'm not sure what's really going on, our general manager just walked out on us." At this point, we were left with no other choice but to ask for a refund. We left this pizza location angry, and most importantly still HUNGRY. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS...
Read moreThe era of dominos being a well respected pizza chain has long come and gone. I can officially say that I get better service and better quality food when I go to little Caesarâs. The past 3-4 times that Iâve ordered pizza from dominoes, the food quality always comes out like cardboard, been burnt, or raw. Today on this lovely evening, we decided we would give dominos once last chance because we saw the 50% off all menu items and decided why not. Boy was that a mistake, we ordered through the app and was given an estimated pickup time of 6:18. I arrived at 6:19 and sat in the drive thru till about 6:40 and I still hadnât even moved from the original spot so I decide to go inside and I was told that my order was still in the oven even though my app had told me over 20 minutes ago that my pizza was ready. I asked what the ETA was on my pizza thatâs not ready anymore and then she walks in the back and magically brings my pizza out and itâs room temp because it had just been sitting on a shelf getting cold. Save your time and money everyone
9 month later update Sadly, here we go again. I tried to order a pizza yesterday because MAYBE just maybe things would change but NOPE. I ordered a pizza around noon and my pizza was still in quality check about an hour later (means itâs sitting under a heat lamp getting gross) so I call the store to tell them donât even worry about the pizza and I sit on hold for 30 minutes with no answer and the lady just shows up and I check the pizza and it was cold and gross looking. I told her I wasnât interested in paying $23 for a medium cold gross pizza and she could take it back to the store.
Itâs insane to me how businesses can survive like this with such poor...
Read moreI was attempting to redeem my free pizza deal using my piece of the pie rewards points. I placed my order, got the confirmation, and stepped away from my phone. Within the three minutes i was away from my phone, apparently i recieved a call stating that they were out of hanmade pan dough (not the first time they have been out of something for my pizza). I then noticed that my order was cancelled. I called back to inquire as to why, and that was where the real problem began. The "manager", if you wanna call her that, was Marissa. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I have been in the industry for 9 years. You don't do what I'm about to tell you she did. She told me that since i missed the call, that i lost my free pizza and that there was nothing that she could do about it. My wife then got on the phone asking why I wouldn't be afforded the pizza they saw was free and what they would do to fix it. We were informed that it wasn't her problem and she hung up on us. We then called back and explained that the customer service was appaling and that we wanted our free pizza. All the while she is just full of snarky and rude "uh huhs" and "ok ma'ams". We were hung up on again. Once again, we called back. At this point it wasn't about the pizza... It was about the principal. We were greeted with a warning to not call back. click the line goes dead. Um... I think not!!! Call back, a different person answered and is polite enough i suppose. We ask for the manager and were informed that the atrocious person from before was the manager. Long story long... I didn't get my free pizza that i earned, the manager should not, i repeat, should not be in that management position, and they get none of our...
