Horrible experience yesterday. Popped in on a Saturday to grab a few sandwiches for lunch. No line, ordered immediately, two other customers in front of me waiting for orders. Two of the employees were trying to hustle and were very nice but the girl who was obviously in charge kept putting them off and once saying, get to it when I can. I waited 35 minutes in the store for two sandwiches to go. To top it off a woman that came in 25 minutes after me got her sandwich before I did. They did offer me 2 cookies for the wait but the wait was only because the girl in charge undoubtedly can't run an efficient operation. I don't mind waiting when it's busy, and understand if there are hiccups but can't deal with poor customer service and people who dont seem care ab the customers...

Don't bother to pre-order anything, you still have to wait in the same line. My coupon for $8 off a bone in ham any size, picked up by December 21st was not honored at the Mobile location even though that is what I bought. The coupon is a scam to get you in the store and then you have to buy a much larger ham to get the discount. No resolution was offered by the manager Beth and she was quite rude for a person serving the public. Employees were not socially distanced, handled food and money, and did not use hand sanitizer. The coupon is the only reason I pre-ordered and definitely the only reason I picked up my order 4 days before it was to be served. Very, very disappointed in this Honey Baked Ham location in...

The people there were wonderful, but for the first time ever I am NOT satisfied with what I received. The honey-glaze was almost non-existent and tasted burnt. It was like a honey-baked knock-off. Why in the world would I buy an overpriced ham without the signature Honey Baked flavor?
They stop letting you check the ham and all of a sudden the quality drops through the floor. Coincidence? I'll let you decide for yourself.
Unless they bring back customer quality control, the family tradition of a Honey Baked Ham for the holidays...
