Burger King — Restaurant in Mobile

09/08/2022 My father and I were on our way back to Mississippi after our visit at the Eye Care. Both of us were getting very hungry and the traffic was not going anywhere fast. So we hit the drive thru at the Burger King on Airport, you all ready know how the service is going to be as soon as you can hear the voice from the speaker 🔊. So we ordered: 2 of the Big chicken sandwiches with fries and a large cheese sticks 2 Diet Cokes. We get up to the window very fast, because no one was in line. There stood a young lady, I asked if she could repeat my order. Yep it was wrong. So we got it right, I paid and waited on our order to come. The young lady comes back to the window with one bag and hand's it to me. Then turns away, I get her attention. Yes, she forgot things. Then we get our Diet Cokes, I asked her if she will bring us our french fries. A few seconds later she comes back and throws the bag at me and slams the window. WELL, if you know me! I see this as a challenge.. I tap on the window to get her attention, she walks away and a manager or shift leader, opens the window. I then tell her, thank you for coming to Burger King today and to have a great day. Then we pulled off as she stood there searching for something to say. I thought long and hard about whether or not, I should leave a review. But I feel like this just can’t go unspoken about. I made an order on the Burger King app last night. When I went through the drive-through to pick it up, the people that were working here seemed irritated that I was there to pick up my food. Then they told me they didn’t have a fork and a knife. And when I left, I got to my house, pulled out my food and noticed that they decided to write weirdo on my box. I couldn’t believe at first that this happened. I am a corporate training manager, and have been managing businesses for over 20 years. Never in my life have I seen anything like this. After looking through the reviews of this location, I noticed that customer service seems to be something that this location is absolutely terrible at. And the people that work here clearly should not be. If I was the manager of this location or the owner, if this happens to be a franchise, I would be thoroughly embarrassed with my reviews, as well as my customers experiences such as this one. And to top it all off, the person spelled weirdo incorrectly as well. I hope this is seen my many people and that the management actually does something about this location before it just goes under completely. This has to be the absolute worst Burger King in the country if not the world. I live not to far away so sometimes this is most convenient option for me especially for breakfast which is a shame, this Burger King probably has the best location out of any other in this area and this has to be the absolute worst. The food is not the problem, frankly because it is Burger King I am not going into it expecting a whole lot. The service is the problem, the employees are the problem, and management is the problem. Every time I have had the pleasure of visiting the dining room I have been greeted with outdated decor and usually are a couple of people just kind of loitering around. The employees usually start with, "what chu want?" with cold dead eyes. I am glad you can see into the kitchen, that way you can see your food being prepared without gloves, clean utensils, and any proper sanitation. I once watched an employee drop a wash rag on the floor, and then continue to wipe down the prep station with the same rag. I once was told, "we out meat," which means I guess we do not have meat, which is odd considering their line of work. Anyways, stay far away from this location, my last visit will be my last until management here changes or makes a big...
