If I could give zero stars it would be ZERO!!! I assisted with throwing a party Sunday Nov.17 2024 and had the worst experience EVERRRR with throwing a party there. Party was scheduled @4 didn't get to the party room til almost 5 because they said they were short handed and still had other parties still going on and then had another party along with ours that had 20 kids as well but only setup for the other party! When we did get to the party room it still took another 30 mins to even eat pizza ordered remind u we had to go find somebody to come do that, took them 30 mins at least to get the games cards to us.WE HAD NO PARTY HOST!!! THE BIRTHDAY SONG THATS USUALLY DONE WASNT DONE! THEY GAVE US THE WRONG PACKAGE WHICH MEAN THE KIDS WERE CHEATED OUTTA GAME TIME! WHEN THE PIZZA DID COME OUT THEY WERE HALF MADE LIKE THEY JUST STARTED THROWING IT TOGETHER CUTTING SLICES THATS SUPPOSE TO BE 1 MAKING IT 2 AND THINK 20 KIDS SUPPOSED TO EAT OFF THOSE SMALL PIZZAS THAT THEY SAID WAS MEDIUMS, REMIND YOU WE PASSED OUT 1 SLICE OF PIZZA TO EACH KID WITH NOTHING LEFT FOR THEM TO GET ANOTHER SLICE (party say 2 slice per kid) AND WANNA. SAY THAT IT WAS THE CORRECT PIZZA THE PAN WAS JUST BIG FOR THE PIZZA OH PLEASEEE!!!! NOW THEY DID BRING OUT 2 MORE PIZZAS AFTER HAVING TO GET REAL ANGRY AND THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE THE LARGE PIZZA THAT CAME WITH THE PARTY PACKAGE!!!! TRIED TO CHARGE FOR THE CARD HOLDERS, DIDNT HAVE THE PROPER PARTY SETUP ,NO GOODY BAGS , NO CUPS UNTIL AGAIN WE HAD TO ACT REAL ANGRY!!!! THE PARTY WAS THE $28.99 Per child package so we know wat we were supposed to have had. No tickets or nothing for the kids!!! THEY KNEW AHEAD OF TIME THAT THEY HAD THESE PARTIES BECAUSE THEY WERE BOOKED AHEAD OF TIME WHICH GAVE THEM ENOUGH TIME TO HAVE THE PROPER STAFF TO DEAL WITH THE PARTIES. CHUCKIE DIDNT COME OUT FOR LIKE 5 MINS🤦🏾‍♀️ WE MADE THE BEST OF WAT WE COULD DO FOR A 4 YEAR OLD PARTY (who loves Chuck e cheese) WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, AND I GUESS AT THE END WE JUST WERE MADE TO PAY FOR THE MESSED UP PIZZAS🙄 BUT WE'LL NEVERRRRR BOOK ANOTHER PARTY AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THAT DO TO MAKE SURE THEY'LL HAVE THE PROPER TEAM AND MANAGEMENT WITHOUT GIVEN ATTITUDE!!! Because if u gonna spend that kind of mo ey on a party there u gonna want wat u paying for, CAUSE THEM PARTIES...

I had my daughters 3rd birthday here on Saturday. I would not return to this store even if it where to kill time waiting on a doctor's appointment.

I purchased the largest package! Everything you could get $33.99 PER CHILD for 12 kids which turned into 10 kids. Plus tax (now-a-days it's not just the gov. Robbing you.. the rest of society has decided to as well.

PARTY WAS GOING FROM 3-5 PM OUR PIZZA WENT IN LATE. I HAD TO LOCATE MY HOST TO FIND OUT WHO THEY WERE. BIRTHDAY GIRL DID NOT RECIEVE RECOGNITION FROM CHUCK-EE! SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO GO IN THE TICKET BOOTH BUT DID NOT. AFTER 5 WHILE GATHERING OUR BELONGINGS I HAD TO ASK FOR THE KIDS GOODYBAGS .. WHICH SOME KIDS DID NOT GET BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY LEFT. HAD TO HUNT DOWN OUR HOST EVERYTIME... 5-10 MINUTES IT WOULD TAKE TO FIND THEM.. BECAUSE ALL THE OTHER ASSOCIATES WOULD LOOK CONFUSED AND PAUSE AND WALK OFF PRETENDING THEY WERE GOING TO FIND SOMEONE FOR YOU. WE ORDERED 2 EXTRA PIZZAS THAT WERE CANCELED AFTER NOT RECIEVING THOSE. I HAD TO ASK FOR THEIR DIPNDOTS 3X. BY DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES. SMALLEST ARCADE IVE BEEN IN... THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE NOTHING BUT AN ARCADE. I WILL GO TO THE NEAREST BOWLING ALLEY FOR ARCADE GAMES IN THE FUTURE. ROUGHLY 8-10 TODDLER GAMES AND 25-30 BIG KID GAMES IN TOTAL. ATLEAST 7 OF THOSE GAMES DID NOT WORK. THE 20 OR SO GAMES THAT WORKED PAID OUT ANYWHERE FROM 1-15 TICKETS ON AVERAGE. A CANDY SUCKER I BELIEVE WAS 15 OR 20 TICKETS.

I COULD HAVE LOOKED PAST THE MOM-AND-POP CHUCK-EE CHEESE HAD THE MACHINES WORKED AND HAD ANY OF THEM ACTUALLY PAID OUT.

I WOULD NOT RETURN IF I HAD A FREE DAY PASS TO THE CHUCK-EE CHEESE ON AIRPORT BLVD. OR 5000 FREE TICKETS. I MIGHT WALK IN FOR A REFUND AND WALK...

All the years I been going to this place and spending my money today has been a horrible experience for me. I was trying to enjoy my son’s birthday with games . I went to play the coin game which has about 4 sections for multiple people to play. One employee was refilling the tickets so I moved to the other side so I wouldn’t be in her way she utterly DISRESPECTFUL to the point where each section I moved she moved and jumped in front of me as if I was in her way. So I left to play another game with my kids and their dad the machine wouldn’t give any tickets so I told my kids dad to get the same girl because I didn’t want to say anything to her she got an attitude with him and said IT HAS TICKETS IN THE GAME! as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. I let that go because I was trying to keep a positive energy because my kids was enjoying themselves. We went to take pictures with Chuck E Cheese but for some reason we were ignored the whole time we keep asking for a picture and was looked over by other kids who was able to take pictures with him the traditional pose Chuck E. Cheese normally does with small kids. I told the manager we were trying to get a picture and he brought the person in the costume back instead of them doing the traditional pose for small kids this B!+cH put them nasty gloves on my child’s face while standing behind him!!! It took a lot out of me to not act like a fool around my kids. Come to find out it was the same little UGLY DISRESPECTFUL girl who got an attitude with us!
