Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mobile

Review of Jimmy Johns 6920 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL Jimmy Johns is absolutely my favorite sandwich shop & I get lunch from this location at least once per week. Staff is always friendly but I am growing tired of my sandwich being made incorrect. I always order the #9 with no onions. 3 of my last 4 visits I have returned to my office and tasted onion on the 1st bite and had to pick the onions off and I can only tase onion when eating the rest of the sandwich. The last two orders I specifically asked on pickup if there were no onions & the answer was "Yes, No Onions" both times. It has happened when they are busy & when I am the lone customer. I am beginning to wonder if they make the sandwich incorrect on purpose. I have been eating at Jimmy Johns in many locations for years & I do not recall my sandwich being made incorrectly at any other location. They need to get this corrected or I will have to switch to Jersey Mikes. Not as good but at least I can watch them make my sandwich to ensure it is...

This review has nothing to do with the sandwiches, services, or atmosphere at any Jimmy Johns. This review relates to the Chocolate Peppermint Cookie they feature as their December cookie every year. I discovered the cookie last year and was amazed!! I must have consumed at least 25 between the time they launched them and before the expired. This was handsdown the best cookie I've ever had. A very decadent brownie like dark chocolate cookie with chunks of the soft peppermints that melt in your mouth. I have been waiting all year for the December Chocolate Peppermint Cookie and finally ... finally it became available the weekend after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the cookie I fell in love has changed. The new cookie is a disaster. First of all it is made by Oreo and tastes like an oreo. This is literally happening at this moment. I am a LOYAL Jimmy John's customer. I have an account I order VERY frequently. As a matter of fact, I used to WORK at Jimmy John's, so I know how everything should go. Usually no problems with wonderful customer service. However, today I'm ordering from a different location which is on airport. I ordered at 12:13 order received at 12:14 . Hasn't even gone out for order and it's 1:36. I haven't eaten since yesterday. So now I'm not only hungry but I'm hangry and a woman 😂 Not to mention I can't even call the location to just CHECK on the order.

Ok so Cozmo showed and he was so beautifully courteous to me. I feel bad for this review now. I'm giving Cozmo a four out of five. He told me he knew I'd been waiting long and he apologized and they offered me a free sub. Poor guy they only have two drivers rn 🥺 happy woman now....
