Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mobile

This used to be one of my favorite low carb places because of the unwich sandwich. I ordered the jj gargantuan unwich last week to eat after fasting from 6a-6p and only drinking water during my fasting time. Not even 10min after I ate the unwich I started itching and my stomach started having excruciating cramps. I started having hot flashes and extra saliva like you do when nauseated. End result…I had to sit on the toilet releasing diarrhea while throwing up in my bathroom trash can. I ended up going to the hospital and after tests was told that I had been food poisoned. All I had eaten was half of the unwich. The lab ran tests on the unwich that days later came back as the cause of the food poisoning. I called Jimmy John’s and spoke with a manager named Dalton who was very defensive, claimed the GM was going to call me back, && gave me a $20 store credit. I NEVER heard back from anyone and why would I need a store credit when I’m NEVER eating there EVER again! The GM would think that I’m being vindictive if I was to sue the store for food poisoning ESPECIALLY when the hospital lab results showed the unwich as the cause of my...

We’ve driven through this particular location multiple times and had nothing less than a pleasant experience. However, last Thursday was the exception. Joseph took our order and kept saying What else? What else? What else? That communication already screams “I hate my job and I don’t want to be here!” At the window he stated the total $44 and some change for 4 sandwiches and nothing more other than saying what the drinks were as they came out the window.

Seriously, perhaps Joseph would be better off making sandwiches or cleaning toilets rather than customer service. Maybe he likes spending his hard earned money???? and getting that type of service???

The worst rip off for a sandwich ever. This was supposed to have everything you could put on it yet it had almost nothing. They list many things not on my sandwich Got flat bread thinly shaved ham and mayonnaise with a sprinkle of lettuce. No sal no pepper no basil, no onions, no oil or vinegar no pickles, no peppers,

I'll never waste a dime there again. Was my first visit to a Jimmy John's. I'm ashamed they are using my real last name. I wouldn't want to be associated with these RIP...
