DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION !!! I was completely Lied to and If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would. First of all, The customer service was ATROCIOUS . I told the The young man at the counter I wanted an "Italian Night Club" but instead of "Capicola" if I could replace it with "Turkey"? He said , they can not do that. I was very confused because I've had this exact same order at multiple locations before and there has never been a problem. I then asked to speak to the manager, I explained the situation to him and he looked back for a long second at the young man who originally told me he couldn't take my order. The manager then turned back to me and said that they couldn't replace the Capicola with Turkey on my sandwich. I thought that Interaction was very strange. But not wanting to argue about it, I told the manager fine just don't put the Capicola on the sandwich. The manager then tells me we won't do that either! At this point I was completely befuddled. Of all of the Jimmy John's In all of the states I've been to this has never happened before. After trying to understand and be understood, he out right told me quote ( if I do that for you I'll have to do it for everyone), I was the only costumer present. I then decided to just go out of my way to Another location. Once I got there I ordered the EXACT sandwich with the EXACT changes I wanted, AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM! And me being curious I asked if there was a rule against an ingredient replacement, AND HE SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM! He even said when he gets a sandwich he'll do the exact same thing. At 11:55 I called Jimmy Johns 8 times and not one of those calls was answered, also can’t leave a voicemail. The whole time the “tracker” shows out for delivery. At 12:06 a call at the location was answered and the employee stated that out order was “sitting on the counter and would go out with the next available driver”. I instead had one of our own employees go get the food bc we would in fact be freaky fast. Unlike this Jimmy johns location.

It's a good sandwich if you are in a bind and want to be filled with natural cut meats and cheeses but the customer service bites the big one. Everytime I call I get some boo boo Felicia that acts as though I'm inconveniencing her. They interrupt, are rude and really just don't seem to care about you at all.
