called there about an hour before close- no answer. waited a few more minutes and called again- no answer. i drove to the location and there was NO ONE in the parking lot, the place was empty (no customers). i got there and she was sweeping... so my calls got ignored because she was too busy sweeping because they wanted to close up an hour before close of business and didn’t want to do their jobs.
even busy places with better customer service answer phones and put people on hold. what could have been happening that they couldn’t have provided even the bare minimum of service. THERE IS NO EXCUSE.
the girl sweeping told me the only things they had available were what was in the heaters. i looked at my watch and told them “... it’s 45 minutes until you’re closed.” after i could tell the girl was getting annoyed and her co worker sensed it, the other girl showed up and was nicer. I asked if they had any wings (which is all i wanted) and she said “they ran out for the day”.
how is it that every time i go to little caesars for wings they’ve “run out” no matter what time of day i am there. you can see why i’d be inclined to believe they were lying through their teeth because they’re too lazy to do their job that they’re getting paid for and OBVIOUSLY ignoring calls an hour before close because they don’t want to do more work than they have to.
whoever is the manager of this location, and the district manager should be ashamed of the complacent service they have allowed to run rampant in this establishment, the rude employees, and the shame they’re bringing to the name of this company. all it takes is one look at the reviews to know better. pretty bad when there are more bad reviews than good. pathetic. first time at a little caesar’s in the city of mobile and i wish i was surprised at the lack of standards. i should’ve known better and read the reviews first....
Read moreOut of all the times I've ordered at this little Caesars location, I've had problems half the times.
One time, I ordered online to have it ready in half an hour. When I got to the store half an hour later, I was told it wasn't in the oven yet. I waited outside, and after a while I walked back in, I was told they never started making the pizza. I went back home about an hour after I placed the order and I had to call to get a refund.
Another time, I ordered delivery, and my order got mysteriously cancelled. When I called customer support, I was told the pizza got picked up by the wrong door dash driver. The guy basically stole a pizza. How come little Caesars didn't ask for a name or number on the order? Did they just give the pizza to a random driver?
The third time, I ordered a pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust, to find out that they gave me a cheese only stuffed crust. Of course, they charged me for what I ordered.
Some of the kids working in that store are nice and friendly, but some of them seem like they don't want to do their job right.
The corporate office or managers, don't make up for it at all. Every time I place a complaint, I have to call 4 or 5 times because I never receive the callback that I'm supposed to get. I think all of the customer care department knows my voice by now.
The cheese pizza tastes like tomato sauce. The only thing that has flavor...
Read moreTo begin with, this is the type of food you get here and that they find acceptable to serve to customers. Also, the wait time is way too long some evenings. Therefore, it's hard to get fresh and hot ready pizzas and if they happen to have some chances are it has been sitting there for a while. I've also witnessed workers come from outside walk back inside to the back and immediately start fixing food without washing there hands and putting on gloves. Yes, this is correct that they do not wear gloves while fixing food. Also, I have waited in the store with a line full of customers only to have one of the workers hand their friends free pizzas that came into the store after I did and never even made it to the register. They just simply asked for free food and worker thought it would be a good idea to keep paying customers waiting and serve their friends who never paid first. This location has went way down over the years. This location definitely needs to be under new management to an individual who is willing to make a difference. Hopefully someone with a higher rank in the company reads this message and enforces the rules where workers have to wear gloves because not doing so is...
