My family has been picking up food from here for about 6 years. I've picked up food many times to take to my husband and his coworkers at a local FD. Over all those years we have never had anything but really good experiences there, up until last night. When my husband was already half way through eating the beef & veggies he ordered, he took another bite and immediately spit the food out and said he bit something hard and cracked his tooth. He looked through to see what he had bit down on and it was a silver BB or possibly a small pachinko ball. I went up to the restaurant to speak to someone in person about it. I wasn't expecting anything other than to make them aware of the problem and at the very least they could have gave a sincere apology and for them to care that it happened. There was none of that. The guy I spoke to just kept saying, "it looks like a bb. I don't know how that could have happened". How it happened was beside the point, the fact was that it did happen. He wanted me to give him the ziplock bag containing the BB but I wouldn't. I was even considerate of them and their business enough to try to be as discreet as possible while trying to address the issue. It could have just as easily been or kid that could have swallowed it or cracked a tooth, It could have been some other object, it could have happened to anyone else that went there to pick up food. It just happened to happen to my family. It's the fact that it was brushed off and treated as if it's no big deal. That and that alone is the reason for the review. You can take it all with a grain of salt, that's your choice, but this was our experience and it was just disappointing to be treated as if they couldn't care less after all the years of us going there with no issues and...

Hot & Spicy shrimp had a total of 4 - 5 shrimp in it. I ordered shrimp lo mein on the side and it had ZERO shrimp. I ordered crab rangoons and had no sauce with it. I guess they expect their customers to choke on the dry sorry excuse of a Rangoon. I called to let them know about the situation and I was told the rangoon sauce was extra. . . Ok, says no Chinese restaurant in America. But ok, I would have ordered it had it mentioned it on the website that the sauce was extra. When I called, I was placed on hold so she could go talk to the chef who told her he made regular lo mein - not shrimp lo mein. I was told that they could refund me $1.50 the difference from the $4.00 I was charged for the shrimp lo Mein. 🙄 When I went to check out online I added a $10 tip on a $33 tab then it had to verify my number before it would process my card. Originally, there was a $2.00 delivery fee. When I verified my number, the delivery fee went from $2.00 to $5.00 and automatically charged my card. They should probably take notes from the other Panda. . . Express. The food is better there. 😂😂. SAVE YOUR MONEY. There are at least 3 other places in the area that deliver and don’t scam their customers. I travel for work every week. This is the worst I’ve had. Honestly. I manage restaurants and do restaurant/bar consulting for a living. I hate people who write reviews, so if I’m on here wasting my time with this please do yourself a favor and take your...

Anyone who gave this restaurant a bad review is crazy. My extended family was in town so we made a BIG order for pick up ($140+). Gentleman on the phone was kind and got our entire order correct the first time. My family LOVES crab rangoons - Hands Down - these are the best in town! Full of seasoning and actual bits of delicious filling, not just soft cream cheese. So glad we got 3 bags of them because everyone wanted more. General Tso chicken had great flavor, sweet and sour chicken, honey chicken, Mongolian chicken, sesame chicken all tasted different and had the right amount of sauce. Broccoli beef was delicious and the broccoli wasn't over cooked or mushy. Kung pow chicken was amazing with peanuts and veggies and chicken bits. We skipped the white rice and got egg fried rice with onions - hot and perfect for soaking up the sauces! We all enjoyed the fortune cookies as well - they didn't tast weird like most places, just sweet and crunchy. And, if the food wasn't enough, my mom found a little paper bag on top of the food box with a beautiful satin scarf in it! If this was added because we made a big order - Thank you so much King Chef staff!! It made my mom's day and was such an incredibly cool...

Ordered food for take out last night. Ordered General Tso’s chicken and chicken with broccoli which were specials that included white rice. I asked ‘can I get fried rice instead on the general Tso’s chicken? He said yes you can get fried rice. I opted to stay with the white rice with the chicken with broccoli. Once home I noticed on my receipt there was a $2 up charge for the fried rice. He did NOT tell me that; I checked their menu and it’s not on there. I don’t really care about $2 but how many people are they making $2 off of when they don’t tell them?!! Gave them 4 stars cause the food is good. But they are ripping customers off. At least SAY it’s an up charge AND post on your menu that SUBSTITUTING FRIED RICE IS $2 EXTRA!!!
