Ninos is an amazing pizza place with high-quality food and service. It's the down-to-earth, local-owned business you can get behind 100%. Our server was friendly and accommodating, not that we had too much to say as we were too busy munching down on a really good dinner. Ninos is a little small, so you might be in for a little bit of a wait if it's busy when you arrive. Please note that if you order water it will be bottled so you'll have to pay for it. Not a detriment, just something we wish we'd known because then we would have opted for soda. We got the meatlovers pizza and it was scrumptious. It had a lot of flavor and they didn't skimp on toppings like the fast-food pizza in the area. With a medium 14" pizza for 3 adults, we still took a lot home. My dad also LOVES having fries with his pizza and we were overjoyed that not only does Ninos serve fries but they are super crisp. I was itching to try the Alfredo and I will say it is an EXCELLENT Alfredo in my opinion. It's not too watery, it's creamy with really good flavor. Plus you get a large helping for the price. I'd honestly say it's on par, if not better than, Roma's here in town. I also doubt this will resonate with anyone, but there used to be an Italian restaurant in Diberville MS called Villa Rosa. My family cherished it greatly and Ninos Alfredo is the closest I've tasted to it since. All of the food came out fast and fresh, we were in and out within 45 minutes or so. It was great, nothing too much more I can add to that. My family and I will order from Ninos a lot more in the future!

Amazing! I'm a Long Island/Queens native, and this past year and a half not being able to go back to visit family has not made me extremely homesick, but also ravenously missing all my favorite NY delicacies. So, aside of cooking l, my partner and I have been binge watching several YouTube food series', one of which is about a pizza chef from Brooklyn who visits various pizzerias around the globe. This began my search for some local eats that hopefully could satiate the desire for delicious pizza that wasn't a sad mockery from the frozen food section or major fast food chain. To my surprise, we found Nino's Pizzeria, which is conveniently located five minutes from our home. We arrived hungry, definitely ordering the lunch special; two slices of one topping pizza and a free drink. We also ordered the garlic knots and shared cannoli, which ended up being too much for us to eat (fine by me, I love leftovers)! The flavor and experience was exactly what we wer looking for, delicious and fast. Please visit this place; you won't be disapointed. Next time I want to order a pepperoni roll, which is something I used to have home made by my mother.

This place was well recommended by a good friend who we have known for a good while. He is a connisuier of good eats and never lets us down. It was a bit tricky finding this place because as popular as it was we expected a large restruant. Nino's was in the middle of a very small strip mall (like three or four stores). Gris greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was very patient as he explained all the dishes available. We chose the large size all meat stromboli to split and I had a side salad. We were not disappointed. There was more than enough for the two of us and we wound up taking a third of it home. Very tasty, very filling. The price was about what I expected. We will be back.

Spent 45 minutes calling into a busy line to order a medium pepperoni pizza and some garlic rolls. Finally decided to just order online through their advertised partnership with Dapper Deliveries (whose drivers, yes plural, were left waiting for a LONG time).

Was given a 45-minute estimation for delivery (I live .5 miles away, but Delivery was the only online ordering option). Over an hour later I call to get an update and they say that they just put it in the oven and that it’ll be 30 minutes....that was over an hour ago. We’ve now waited over 2 hours for literally the simplest pizza order on the planet from a shop a half a mile away.

I’ve had to make us dinner because it is past my kid’s bedtime. She’s now had a bath and is being put down for bed. Meanwhile I’m still waiting for our food.

So much for no-cook pizza night. I can sympathize with Friday rushes, but at least try and advertise an accurate wait time.

Nino’s on 3rd ave is some of the best pizza in Brooklyn, in my opinion. Meanwhile in Mobile, our joint of the same name takes 2.5 hours to make you a plain pepperoni (not counting the 45 minutes it took to place my order...which has still not arrived).

First and last-time customer.

**UPDATE: Food is here! Garlic rolls are burnt-black and the pizza is depressingly bland and looks like it was thrown together by a gorilla.

**SECOND UPDATE: Nino’s comments on this review taking zero accountability for their business’ service and product. Apparently they didn’t actually read my review or they’d see there was a lot more wrong than just their inability to meet the delivery-time standards they set within their partner app. Definitely...

What can I say. From the first phone call to the last bite, nothing but excellence and great service. 1. Called in a take out order and was greeted on the other end of the line with friendliness and an eagerness to help. I asked what was special about Nino's since I had never heard of them, and the lady suggested the favorites. I chose the white, spinach pizza and the thick "pie" style meat pizza. 2. Entered the shop, clean and bright, and most importantly was greeted with a verbal "hey, we're glad you're here!" (not those exact words ha ha, but that's what I felt.) 3. Checked out at the register with a super friendly guy who asked me if I had been there before, and told me that he hoped to be my new favorite pizza place. Also told me about his Facebook promotion. Thanked me kindly and I left. 4. Pizza at home - and seriously some of the best pizza I've had in a while. Tasty and made with obviously quality ingredients by serious pizza makers. The family members who shared it with me all agreed. 5. Made a thankful Friday night, even more special. 6. THANK YOU, I've now found my new favorite pizza place in Mobile. In fact, I think it's my new favorite pizza place on the Gulf Coast because of the friendly people there too. Extra - I REALLY appreciate the Covid safety precautions too!...
