Absolutely horrid experience. Waitress cut my wife off as she was detailing how she wanted her order saying that she knew what she wanted. Our meal arrived and it wasn't what she wanted and the only thing in the entire meal that was even edible was my sandwich even though it was cooked extra toasty which is how my wife's grilled cheese was supposed to be. I have to say that they did offer to remake our food but we couldn't take them up on the offer because of the fact that I only had an hour for my lunch break. The manager was very nice and deleted the entire meal and the district manager, Steven, reached out to my wife and said that he was going to address the problem personally. I hope for their sake and for other customer's sakes that he is able to get this fixed. My family and I went to Waffle house on Christmas night. Yes, they were busy but that did not excuse the poor service we received. There were enough staff to cover the restaurant. When we arrived, several tables had not been clean. I saw two staff members just standing around doing nothing. I was glad when The manager arrived. The first thing he did was clean all the tables. Our waiter came and took our order. He got our orders mixed up,. My husband never received his food. My son only got a portion of his order. Both my daughter and myself order was messed up. The waiter never came and checked on us. Our drinks were never filled. We left without paying. The manager was very apologetic about everything.
