Logan's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Mobile

I really hate leaving bad reviews for places especially because Also work in the food industry but it just has to be done. The service was awful aside from our waitress! And the food was extremely disappointing. As soon as we walk in we were told there was going to be a 30 minute wait so we went outside and tried to figure out if we wanted to go somewhere else or just go ahead and wait. After a few minutes we went back in side and the lady at the front slammed the clipboard with the waitlist paper on the podium and wrote down our names and our names were the only ones on the list ( that seemed odd) but we decided to wait inside and not even 5 minutes later she came and told us our table was ready. Walking through the dinning hall there was maybe three tables that where occupied and the rest where completely empty. We got sad a extremely sticky table and was brought rolls without the butter or anything ( which wasn’t a big deal) we continued on and ordered out food. My husband had ordered the Logan and I had ordered the country fried steak. Upon reviewing our meals I was told that they where out of the sides I had ordered which I wish I would have known before ordering. I went ahead and chose new sides and waited for their arrival. My husbands steak however was bad and very sour tasting. (Which is a sign of spoiled beef). We let the waitress know and she took the plate in the back and took it off the ticket. Which she didn’t have to do we were just wanting to let the cook and management know that the steak was bad so they didn’t serve any others to anyone else. My wife already left a review last night. However, I see fit to leave mine and warn others. Management, y'all need to tighten up at this establishment! Everyone is too lax and nonchalant about what's going on in their workplace. It started with walking in and feeling a damp feeling. Perhaps the AC wasn't functioning well. The waitress didn't know what beers were available, then yelled out for someone else to come and tell us. That person had to guesstimate what they have. Took more time than normal to get our drinks. They brought my wife's salad WITH her dinner plate! Then got her order wrong, and when she returned with her plate, she didn't even include the veggies that come with it. My son's burger was supposed to have sautéed onions and came with raw onions. When she returned with his plate, she placed it on the table while holding a loud conversation with other employees. Literally just placed his plate on the table and walked off. My wife wanted a refill, but she didn't even ask if everything was correct at that moment.

We have Logan's in Texas, and although I prefer Texas Roadhouse, at least the Logan's in Texas don't lack professionalism and especially hospitality! My son was kind enough to leave a few dollars for a tip. I gave 0! It's a reflection of the service we received. Mobile, get...

I will NEVER be back! I don't like to leave a negative review but I'm making an exception in this case! First off our waitress did not even greet us for over 30 minutes and she only had 2 other tables one of which was leaving. After she took our drink and appetizer order she didn't reappear for another 15/20 mins with our drinks and appetizers. Another waitress brought us our food and then afterwards my salad was brought out. My son ordered an old fashioned and asked for a sweet tea. He didn't receive either one until after he finished his appetizer. I ordered a NY strip but received and was charged for a ribeye. I asked for medium and my son requested medium rare but both were nearly well done (no pink at all). The manager walking by saw my son's disapproval and credited us our drinks 🙄Now for the part that will tick off any married woman ... When the waitress addressed my husband each time she called him (Love) "now what can I get you my love". Yeah 26 years married I can attest you're NOT his love! Y'all are lucky I found Jesus and I'll just leave it as that! The steaks were tender but over cooked and a 3 on flavor.
