The Bel Air Mall — Local services in Mobile

Bel air Mall well here in Mobile Alabama we have two malls and they're actually right across the street from each other which makes no sense to me Bel air Mall is actually the better one it has JCPenney's and Sears and all that in it the other one don't it has dealers and other stuff in it but I do like Bel air Mall sometimes it can be a little pricey but they always have good parking most of the stores do have their own outlet to go through so you don't have to walk all the way through the mall if you're just only going to one store which I think most malls are like that with the big company stores that are in there like JCPenney's and Sears and Dillard's but it's real noticeable from the road customer service is good in the store that I've been in so far I never had a bad...

I only visit Belk, Penney's, Target and Dillard's. Used to be great, but over time, different owners have run some of the merchants off. That and a decline in home training have definitely attributed to the decline of this place The security sucks, I never see them in the parking lot. I'm sure they try to maintain order. I see them inside, talking and strolling around, but I question the training they've received sometimes. They definitely pick and choose who they target for enforcing the dress code. I must stress the heightened situational awareness you must use in this area. Although the mall is considered a gun-free zone, if the criminals are bringing theirs in, I will continue to bring mine. Avoid any day school is out... Avoid on the 1st and 3rd...

It's pretty nice for a regular mall. There is a variety of stores with trending themes (I guess is how one might describe) but if you're coming from a city that has a huge mall then this one might not be impressive but for us it's fine. It's very clean and there is plenty of walking space in between stores. No food court but there are places to eat or get a snack during your visit. And everyone that we spoke to in the shops was very friendly and helpful. The candy store, Rocket Fizz, is awesome, btw. Sooo much candy from all generations. They stay pretty busy. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't so packed that it was a pain to get thru. All in all a...
