I stopped by this location on my way to work one evening, I placed my order in the drive through with two cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the payment window there was nobody there, I waited for about 10 minutes at the payment window and even honked my horn, nobody came. I pulled forward to the pickup window and observed the employees all standing around in the lobby talking and throwing a water bottle up in the air. I honked again, they didn't even turn around, I then called the store. I could hear the phone ringing through the window and watched them ignore the phone. It took another 8 minutes for the manager to approach me and treat me like I was a suspicious person, when I told them that I placed my order nearly twenty minutes ago, they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, the girl who took my order came to the window and said "What was your order again?" She finally remembered and apologized, they gave me two apple pies for the mistake, but the food was terrible. The apple pies were stale, the burger was over salted, the fries were over cooked, the lettuce was wilted, and the chicken sandwiches were like rubber. I wont me returning to this location any time soon, and I wouldn't advise...

There was no one inside the restaurant they took my order 11 mins after I stood in line being the only person in line. After that I waited for over 20 min for my food. Every one that came in sheet me kept getting their orders neediest me. After almost 20 mins a lady that had been watching how patiently had been waiting after they dropped one of my platters and now they ran out of pancakes and I had to wait again after they finally get all my platters i have to wait for hash browns, told the manager how she should compensate me for all the wait. The manager told her it was not her fault that people want to go in on shift change. I left super mad only to notice when I got in my car the they didn't give me my coffee so I go back in and tell her and she yells at the cashier (you didn't give this lady her coffee ) when all that girl did was take my order she knew what wad going on with my order. No one ever even apologized. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT MCDONALD'S AGAIN AND HOPE THAT PEOPLE DON'T EVER GO THERE NO MORE THEY SUCK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I entered the first lane sat there for a few minutes no one ever came to the speaker another car came to the second lane way after me & got their order taken! Shortly another car pulls up the same thing happens still no one comes to my speak. Finally, after the second car pulls away a Women came to the speaker immediately telling me ,âto hold on.â She never returns another car pulls up to the second lane and the same things occurs again. Finally, I just assert myself heading to the window on my own. Soon as I approached the window I told the young lady,â I had a mobile order & would like a refund.â She then proceeds to say ,âmaybe your card is locked it's not going throughâ. After giving her my card I received a text that my card was being charged. Immediately I showed her the text & she was like thereâs not anything on there.
