Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mobile

I have order alot of pizza from this location before they move locations and after they moved locations. I am very displeased with their customer service, quality of food and pricing since it privately owned and not with the franchise. Sadly I can't choose another pizza hut to take my order for delivery. My order today was switched to door dash delivery, and my pizza was given out to someone else. No one called to inform of the issue at pizza hut, my dash driver texted me about the issue. My pizza was undercooked. Like, unedible undercooked. I ordered delivery but it came through doordash so they wouldnt refund unless I brought it back. The whole point of delivery was to NOT LEAVE my house. I brought it back after being on hold while i drove it back up there. I was on hold for 25 minutes.
