Probably the most interesting and stupid restaurant experience Iâve had. We had been to this location in the past and our order was horrible. So we contacted management and received a âwe will do betterâ and a coupon in the mail. Months past and we decided to risk another meal. A courteous guy took our drive through order and when we pulled to the window things went weird. The guy had on a Wendyâs shirt but was cheerful. I presented the couple corporate had sent and the female manager came directly to the window and explained she would not accept it because there was no expiration date. I politely explained where we got the coupon and that based on my experience as a fast food manager handling coupons she needed to write the date she received it to show why sales didnât match cash. Wrong answer, now she wasnât going to accept it under any circumstances. I paid for my meal, excepted Wendyâs shirt guys apology and called corporate. They never called back cause they know you just canât fix stupid. We will never eat there again and suggest they hire more of Wendyâs employees.    Read moreOk lets start by saying this is not about this specific store or any of the staff 90% of the time or more these guys are very friendly and hard working. This is about Krystals in general l get inflation l really do but come on this is ridiculous look at the pics included. They have a deal that used to be 5 for 5 now its 5 for like 650 or something close to that ok inflation and used to it included the krystal chiks as an option now they not only charge you for the 5 for 650 but an extra 50+ cents to add the chiks because they are now called side chiks and supposed to be bigger they are not again refer to the pics. All they have done was somehow added extra skin not chicken and to be honest lm curious how they got the skin to stay up like that. All in all this is very disappointing and sad. I have talked to others and that is part of why l am writing this they are saying as am l that l am shying away from eating here anymore till they decide to fix this. The chik was my favorite sandwich so l know it did not used to be like this. Fix this Krystals and sure inflation but dont make something out to be what its not and either take the chik off the 5 for 650 options and quit charging extra for them.    Read moreMy family and I came through the drive thru on September 21, 2024. We ordered the sack full of Krystals with NO cheese. Receipt showed no cheese. My husband is having an allergy. We were tired and failed to check the box until we got home (a 45 minute drive). As we were getting the food out, every Krystal burger had cheese. I called back, the guy apologized and after a little discussion he agreed to replace the food. When we came back that week September 25 (Wednesday), I believe Melissa was the manager working. (I forget names so if I'm wrong, I'm sorry). She and a young lady was there making the food. They were both very nice. Melissa did her job without being rude or disrespectful. She checked with her manager to make sure it was okay and we had our food in a short time. Thank you to both you ladies. Melissa really seemed to care about her crew and spoke very highly of them as well as taking the time to make the customer feel comfortable and want to come back.
